Wow, I know that we are all feeling the pinch with the economic times but to pay over $80 dollars for 3 snizts which I thought was OK until I opened the containers and saw this snitz that was only no more than 10cm in diameter. I think they need to think about size vs price. Very disappointed.
Really like their food but the manager of the North Lakes store is exceptional. If there ever is a problem Claude is on it and it is fixed with a smile . Is is wonderful to see such old fashioned service today
We ordered online and when we arrived to pick up our food, the order couldn’t be located. The staff were rude and yelled at us when we asked them to find our order. They finally found it 20 minutes later and it was cold. We felt humiliated and discriminated against by their behaviour.

The situation escalated when the owner shouted at me, leaned forward in an intimidating posture, and used phrases such as: • “Shut up and get out!” • “I’m the owner; it’s my place!” • Threatened to make a complaint against me, even though I had done nothing wrong
I left quietly, feeling unsafe and deeply shaken. Other staff were polite, but this interaction shows a need for improved respect toward delivery drivers.

quietly mentioned that the customer may or may not of hurt himself but if you tell your manager a courtesy " is everything ok" wouldn't hurt. She then disappeared for another few minutes and returned ignoring him.
Not long after, our food came (these standards have also dropped but this is not today's issue) And as we sat through our Parma chips and salad meal, not one staff member acknowledged this man to see if he was OK. She did however collect the chair, still ignoring him and moved it to another area.
It is simply common courtesy and respect that would make us return to a business and this is one that we now won't be back to.
Inexperienced or young staff and no mature supervisor not only puts customers at risk but also the welfare of your own employees. This is an example of appalling leadership

Schnitz Mildura – There was once a time when my go to chicken place was KFC, But after my first meal at Schnitz Mildura I have not been back to KFC. The food, the service, the staff and the resteraunt itself are all outstanding and as such I spend quite alot of time at Schnitz Mildura. I've recommended your establishment to many friends who have also boasted of the all round quality. Definitely a 10/10 in all areas.

Terrific customer service from Schnitz Chirnside Park – I ordered a plain and simple wrap with Schnitzel and Original Mayonnaise but they forgot to take out the tasty cheese, baby cos lettuce, tomato and Spanish onion so it was extremely nice of the manger to give me a full refund since they make a mistake.

AVERAGE. Over priced to the house, which is fine if they are good and large. Super small servings, average taste. Definitely would not return. Save yourself the trip and Definitely go to GYG instead.
A new shop in town but way overpriced. How can extras such as a bit of lettuce, a dollop of mustard or a bit of cucumber be $1 each? I would prefer to support a local vendor than a big franchise.

accept them as he didn’t have a cash till. Eh? No one was trying to use cash. They are paper vouchers. Many argued with this teenager, to no avail. He recommended we all move down to Hungry Jacks. A great lesson in how to lose money and alienate potential customers. Sad……

Misleading information – Please do not give our misleading information. Went to the Fountain Gate store. Saw they had a certified certificate displayed stating they are halal. Asked them to check with the manager. As they use the same utensils. It is not halal
They dont provide the refund for double payments – I have been sending multiple email and follow up to get my refund for double payments. While they said they looking at it first they stopped responding
Middle finger – Schnitz has a $10 special which includes a wrap, small chips and a 300ml pepsi, let me tell you not to bother, you are better off with KFC or MacDonald's, Schnitz wrap is so small no bigger than my middle finger, I was disgusted and still very hungry..never ever again..

Appalling. Pay your employees correctly – You don’t pay your employees public holiday rates or Sunday rates. Even though you charge a 15% surcharge on public holidays This is pathetic. Your employees deserve to get paid properly on these days and instead you take all of the extra money for yourselves.
Useless – Ordered Mediterranean chicken salad from Airport West on March the 3rd at 3:15pm order number 5250168 and inside the salad were bacon pieces, I don’t eat bacon. Unable to eat it had to throw it in the bin. Contacted Schnitz via email they couldn’t even give a stuff, replied with a generic response. Emailed them back for a better response heard nothing. So unfortunately I had to submit a negative review.
Long wait – Fed up today on the long wait ..lots of unhappy people..we ordered but in the end we asked for our money back .hate MacDonalds but we ended up there received our order ..ate our food ventured back to Schintz only to see people ahead of us still waiting..they need to get their act together..find out how Waurnponds do it !!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor quality meat and chicken – Not happy any more with Schmitz low quality beef and chicken also there meals going smaller everyday. We don’t recommend it for the price and quality
