I hear your frustration – I also tried calling VCAT but the fee is too high for any amounts over $500 to pursue them that way... These guys are professional scammers I was disappointed with VCAT because we obviously have a class action against this company which could have reduced the fee but they want each case seen separately?

not more for a purchase made on the 4th of June. I received fabric samples (twice) for colour selection & matching after our money was deposited to them, communicating via phone, mail and email over the past months. No double upholstered bed or armless chesterfield chairs, or communication expected date of goods arrival in Australia or delivery, except the text requesting no further money to be deposited on 20/09/2014 @ 10:21 am (see below). They may have simply gone under, Ana seemed over worked, or maybe struggling to keep up the excuses for poor form...who knows? Thankfully others will be saved our disappointment and financial burden. definitely NOT letting this go. My husband is seeking legal advice and is taking the matter to VCAT. Its a total disgrace, especially to not even let us know....just been left high and dry. Worst customer service experience! – Purchased Maison bed frame. Advertised on eBay. Bed arrived with serious stitching issues. Ongoing dispute with scomi frivolous stories regarding redelivery of promised new bed! 8 months later and problem still not resolved!
