It’s a good bed, quite confortable and supportive, but when placed on the matching Sealy base, the bed is ridiculously high up, and much too high for any normal bedside tables. My back issues are no different than with any other beds, so no miraculous improvements there. Occasionally I am aware of internal springs making some noise, which really shouldn’t happen in a near-new beds. But overall, I’m happy with it. Show details ·  1

When they did reply, I received a long chain of contradictory messages: first saying they could help, then saying they couldn’t, then saying an evaluation was needed, then saying an evaluation wouldn’t change anything, then suggesting I pay extra for a “comfort adjustment,” then telling me to contact the retailer, then offering to close my file. I was also sent a link that did not address my concerns in any meaningful way.

At no point did I receive clear guidance or genuine support, despite explaining that I am in significant pain every night and that the mattress has never felt firm from the first night.

I answered every question they asked, provided all details, and tried to work with them in good faith. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed, confused, and emotionally exhausted.

The mattress still causes me pain, and I still have no real resolution.

I’m sharing this update so others know what to expect if they need after‑sales support.

My Exquisite Casablanca was delivered one month ago. I was sleeping much better from the first night. Very supportive, comfortable and light enough for one person to be able to turn it. Definitely recommended. Show details ·  1

buying a replacement.

Original review: I bought the Sealy Exquisite base and mattress and chose medium but there was little hip support, leading to morning hip pain. I contacted Sealy customer care and was advised that, for a price, I could have the mattress returned to their factory and they could upgrade the filling from medium to firm. They arranged collection and re-delivery through Harvey Norman, it took 5 weeks including transport time and cost me $650 (of which $300 was transport costs, regional NSW to and from Sydney). Now I love the mattress, it's perfect for me. In the store the medium felt great, but turned out it was the firm one I needed, it feels medium but gives firm support.

best decision – I purchased an Exquisite Double Vienna Plush from Harvey Norman. Previous to owning this bed I underestimated how beneficial a good night sleep can be. This ensemble is supportive and beautifully comfortable, It's also incredibly stable so I'm not disturbed by my partners movements during the night. The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically, enhancing the experience of the whole day ahead. Love my new mattress so much. Show details ·  1

Worst Mattress with 10year warranty sales tactics – Purchased Sealy Posturepaedic from Harvey Norman, Warwick, QLD in March 2016. warranty terms and conditions doesnt justify for claims. 30 35mm sag is deemed to be normal in their terms.

But given the width of the double mattress not much, that sag is substantial enough to cause issues to the body.

They claim to use titanium springs for durability in their mattress. but having used for two years it has to be concluded that it is poorly engineered and the quality of their product is compromised for a rip off.

Very comfortable mattress and base – Mattress is very good. Comfortable and soft. A good nights sleep for both occupants. Castors make moving the bed easy. Bed is slightly higher than normal but not a problem .  Show details ·  1

uncomfortable mattress ever and was told it’s because you don’t have a sealy base, you can’t use a sealy mattress without a sealy base. I was never told this at the time of purchase and have slept on my couch ever since because the mattress is so uncomfortable I was suffering neck pain, back pain from it. Don’t buy sealy.
