Just had my pool handed over today with Seaspray Pools and I couldn't be happier! The entire experience has been great. The handover technician took their time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood how it all works. Bad experience – If these guys come knocking on your door slam it in there face we have had nothing but drama with the construction right through to the so called finished product we have coppers falling off rust coming through the tiles we had to have them back so many times to remedy issues but they never got fixed properly just stitched up thinking I won’t know… Read more

Very Poor Experience – The sales person was great, until it got to the pointy end of the construction and they wouldn't honour what he said. Their quote will appear competitive however there are many add ins that get invoiced along the way. The temporary pool fencing (via another company) was just another rort - after the initial rental period we found another company who were a quarter of the price of the temp fence company Seaspray recommended.

Still feel sick after 14 years – We had our pool done by sea spray pools in 2007 and it has been terrible. From the coping tiles falling off to actual quartzon in pool peeling. The coping tiles were supposed to be bluestone but they substituted a cheaper tile that looked a little bit like bluestone but definitely not bluestone. Terrible customer service, Under quoting and price gouging – Had the displeasure of dealing with Seaspray in 2012 So many extra charges it was beyond ridiculous if you have been given a price add at least 20% Contract was signed on site with full access to site and building plans so saleperson was well aware of all requirements and location. contract signed, forced to deal with office staff instead

Everyone is a contractor expecting to be paid extras in cash or threatening there will be extra admin charges for going through Seaspray office

From day one of the build everything was extra charges, threats to walk off the job if not paid in cash, under allowances for excavation, cartage despite assurances there would be no problem dumping dirt locally, excavator (contractor) asked for an extra $2,700 dollars before starting and threatened to walk off if not paid, offered to "discount" to $2,300 for cash.

Under allowance for plumbing etc, despite being told exactly where all plumbing was to be located when contract was signed - contractors simply say "Yeah, they do this every time and expect us to deal with it"

Already had to have our plumber replace some of the plumbing to the roof due to leaks

Never interested in helping, just refer you back to contract every time.

When questioned on incorrect height of step was advised it is measured from water level???

- can not see how that could possibly make any sense, you don't step on the water to get out you step on the overheight step - again referred to contract, no offer to assist without further payment.

When challenged on the contract regarding step height at other end of pool, went quiet and never heard from Seaspray again.

Advised by neighbour the next day that someone in a ute from a pool company had accessed our property, not only without our permission but after being specifically told not to enter our property.

Have just had the solar system checked as it was leaking and been told that "It is the cheapest, nastiest material possible, completely inadequate for pool size and not fit for purpose" will need full system replaced at a cost of around $5k

Endlessly incompetent – Failed to mention need to keep away from sewer tie at time of planning forcing a late redesign. Cut through plumbing while digging requiring relaying our entire sewer line around the pool. Placed the pumps in the wrong place. Forgot to put in backwash pipe. Put in too small a filter for the size pool resulting in endless difficulties keeping pool from going green. This company is the pits.

Worse pool company ever – Building with seaspray is a headache, no customer service skills no communication, aren't focus or professional at all awarded cheapest building pool company only because they dont do nothing make you do everything on your own.be prepared to cough out large sums of money plus what pools costing! save yourselves the headache go elsewhere

Maybe I was wrong.. Positive today – I am the first to admit if I am wrong. Maybe after some action today, I could be a little wrong. I will eat my negative words if things work out. That's a ptomise Got some positive action to fix my problems today. The boys came out today and gave positive results will be made to fix all the problems.

dirt,Carpenter charges you extra for frame etc and it’s all in cash!

Once pool is installed and they get there final payment that’s where the service ends!

It’s costs $200 for a service call out fee & have waited over 2 weeks for a return call.

We have had our pool for approximately 4 years and so far have had to replace pump motor as another reviewer has stated and we are up too our 3rd cell replacement.

After service is dreadful. What a shame. As the heading says LOOK ELSEWHERE

Very Bad Customer Service and Bossy – Not going well with Seaspray pool and very tricky agreement. Very bad customer service and not helpful at all. Do not go with this company.

Seaspray Pools Sucked Us In – All going well until seaspray hit you with variations for everything, extra rock, tip,fees, extra cartilage for removal of soil, the contract amount is the base start, allow %20 extra. we I asked them for a explanation they told me to, read the contract.. Only 2 days in and I regret using them. Stay clear of Seaspray Pools

Sucked in! – We had a pool installed by Seaspray pools a few years back , the building process went along fine apart from the normal we hit rock and you have to pay extra type of stuff typical with building a pool!! it was after when the water line tiles began coming off and marks began appearing on the quartzon ( one from where the guy hadn't trowled properly… Read more

) that we realized they had taken us for a ride. We didn't tile around the pool and that caused tile to fall off in the pool!!! Now the coping tiles are all loose. We have a cartridge filter more suited to a spa than a pool. Can't be bothered even contacting them anymore the crap coming out of there mouths just makes you angry.. excuses for everything. Stay clear!!!
