No communication!!! – I paid to have my property listed with this company. Then it suddenly disappeared off realestate.com.au. I have tried to call, text, message and email multiple times and no one has responded to me.

Unprofessional, inadequate and Scam. DO not Use!!! – I used this service in 2022 because it was the cheapest on the market. It was not easy to use, even though I am computer literate. house sold quickly, so i thought I'd just chalk that error up to a one off mistake on their behalf. Listed a new property 2 weeks ago. Two days ago my listing disappeared from realestate.com.au without explanation. I've rung, texted and emailed the company to ask what's happened and get it restored immediately. No response at all. It's still on other real estate websites though. At this point I'm requesting a refund via my bank and contacting the ACCC. It's not worth losing potential buyers just to save money with this dodgy service.

It's ok but not an automated process - update TOTAL SCAM – Update. It has been a few weeks now. They don't respond to emails, don't change listings promptly, can't get photo uploads correct and the edit link has been down for two days. to decide between a few of these services and picked this one based on pricing. However the upgrade to the premium made it significantly more expensive. I think it has potential to be good but I have run in to a few issues.

I paid for a weekly summary and although my listing is 18 days old, I have only received one. The update to realestate.com is not instant like with the other services. I uploaded an amendment for a home open and did not give enough time to do it so I missed it. I updated yesterday for 3 more time slots and it still hasn't been done. It is for tomorrow. I have not received the report yesterday and emailed to ask for it, no response as yet which concerns me. My first round of inquiries went to my junk mail. Although I had added them to safe senders, the email came from another account and was "caught". By the time I got the report, about 9 days after the listing, I saw I had inquiries and had to find the emails so I had missed those people. One person called me this week and told me he thought I was a scammer because it says to text a code to contact rep. To be fair, that does sound a little scammy.

I didn't understand the process so this may help others to be aware that the uploads are not instant and you are at the mercy of human intervention. I think this would be better if the process was automated and instant.

year (2022), basically the peak of the market. After 100 days and a heap of excuses the agent had a grand total of three buyers through the property with zero offers.

Feeling frustrated with the agents poor performance I decided to take a risk and do it myself. I read some reviews for Sell My Own Place and thought it was worth the $400 fee. Within the first week I had more buys through the property than the agent did in 100 days. Three weeks later the property was SOLD and I settled today.

100% recommend Sell My Own Place. Saved at least $14,000 on agents fees and would have saved more if I went with them from the beginning.

couple of days it was listed on all the major websites. A week and a half and one open house later my house was sold for the listed price. Debbie always kept in contact with me and if she missed my call she always called back within an hour or so. She was so friendly, really knew her stuff and I felt like she was in my corner when I was doing something I didn’t 100% understand how to do. I would absolutely have no hesitation in calling her again and would highly encourage people to do the same. Even though Debbie and Rob were in QLD and I am in country NSW, it felt like they were around the corner. We made a great team and I’m super happy with the result we achieved together.

DELETED OUR LISTING WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO SELL – We bought the basic package. They said it would be listed until SOLD, that was important to us so no time factors involved. We were working hard to SELL. THEY DELETED OUR LISTING. Wouldn't return our calls or emails. Ghosted us. DODGY AS! All advertising states online listing with realestate.com.au & other sites until SOLD.

Rubbish avoid – They don’t listen to emails they send you a link that you can’t remove pics from because the link doesn’t have any of the photos you put up! Refuse to remove my ad and had my house on the market for way to long when I had decided not to sell it.

Definitely would not do it again – Havent found the process good so far. Find it difficult to get emails answered and when finally made contact, not helpful at all. Would not do this process again with this company.
