Our Beautiful Home on the Lake – Gav, Nathan, Terry and the team at Sensé Homes have made our building experience so seamless and easy. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. My daily phone calls, silly questions and constant colour changes were always met with positivity and a smile. They were always more than happy to go above and beyond to make us happy and we’re so grateful they took us on as clients. This was our 2nd build, but first time with Sensé and I can 100% say that we will definitely be using the Sensé team again in all of our future builds. Every time frame given was always on time or early, nothing was ever a hold up and there was always someone on site! We’re so thrilled with our new house and can’t fault any of it, every finish, fixture and paint job is perfect and we’re beyond stoked!

Could not be more happier. So Glad we went with senSe homes – If your thinking of building with SenSe homes you will not regret it. My family would love to say a massive thank you to Gavin and Nathan and Taylor and Josh and the hole team building not just a house but a home. From start to finish the team was awesome. what makes a great company and team is communication and when problems happen the ability sort them out fast. With so many challenges with our build, lock downs/ material shortages and covid and the endless rain. The build was done close to time and budget. First home for us and they guided us through the hole process with lots of advice and suggestions and lots of good laughs.Thanks again From Peter and Alyssa and kids.❤❤

The process and final product is always excellent! – Sense Homes has been instrumental in building our rental properties. They found the best land, designed large beautiful homes, managed the council and complicated the construction in a timely manner. They complete the works as quoted in the building contract without any surprise variations. I always recommend Sense Homes to my family, clients and friends.

Highly Recommend Sense Homes – Highly recommend SenSe Homes. Gavin and Nathan’s team made our first home building journey a great experience despite the incredibly difficult conditions caused by covid lockdowns and supply chain disruptions. Their pricing was more than competitive compared to bigger companies and their flexibility far exceeded. The guys worked tirelessly and patiently to guide two very inexperienced customers with big ideas and a small budget through the design and build process resulting in a home that has far exceeded our expectations in so many ways. When building materials became scarce I was concerned we would be in for long delays due to SenSe being a smaller company. In fact the opposite was true, the guys have us in our home months before other people we know who signed contracts around the same time with big name builders. I have had tradie mates come through at various stages of the project who have had nothing but positive feedback on the workmanship and quality of the build.
