dodgy sales people sucking you in
total scam sales people promise you the world saying there is 80 -100 thousand dollars worth of unclaimed work in my field/trade , signed up for 1 year and absolutely no job leads and if there is work, its somewhere out of the metropolitan area or job is not worth doing , there are very good at selling a dream focusing on vulnerable tradies , most of the jobs posted are interstate or in areas unheard of ,be weary they have your credit card details on file and charge monthly if you get their monthly plan .... obviously they lock you into...a contact that you cant get out off , the only way out is legal action.. i ve tried emailing them and emails bounce back ...ive heard this company is based in malaysia also invoices have no abn attached to them ,and state tradingpost.com but their website only works as tradingpost.com.au... some dodgy operation happening here... i would walk away .
Absoulte Rip Off for Businesses!!
We were approached by Service Central with a job offer, we were given the job uncontested by any other company, we were then told if we paid an annual fee for their service, we would get lots of leads and work!
The end result was that after paying their annual fee for leads and future work, we never saw another lead come our way for the following 12 month period.
Service Central is a total waste of time and don't throw your money away with this company, poor customer service and only look after their own interests!

We have been with Service Central for a number of years since the previous management. The culture of looking after their customers is immaculate to say the least.We are definitely a very happy customer. Thumbs up to Fred our account manager as well. Very dedicated and humble personality. Pleasure to deal with always!
Job Leads and Customer Service
I have been with Service Central for a few years now, and generally found them pretty good. If I call, I get a response back within 24 hours or same day. With every business there is always room for improvement,. But these people do better than the headaches got from some other online platforms such as Hi Pages, Service Seeking and One Flare.
promise world get nothing
we were with them for around 13 months paying 400 plus a month got 3 leads sent many emails did not get response. when i stopped payment then the calls started . when you converse with idiots that have no idea well no more said keep away with the longest berth you can
RIPPED OFF as a BUSINESS OWNER
As a small building company we joined service central on the grounds we were promised lots of job leads each month and a great service... WOW was we ripped off. we paid $1000 up front for 12 months and it has been 7 months now and we have had ONE lead yes ONE lead, we have sent over 12 email complaints and dont even get a response back.. WE hope the public get to see this so the thousands of other business owners do NOT go anywhere near these rip offs trust us.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and we are going to pay money to have this advertised on a current affair????
I was with Service Central in 2014 was quite good the sales staff were very busy and committed to gaining top ranking on google however after a year or so their ranking started to slip and so did the job leads. I was contacted by the new owners yesterday offering me free website free this free that plus steak knives for $1500 stating that the tradingpost had just purchased the website / business and I would be an Ambassador?? I see the business was actually purchased back in 2016 ?? I didn't receive the promised email today and the operator see...med disinterested when I didn't give her my credit card details for payment on the spot?? I will give them a wide berth now as they seem desperate and their google ranking is low which is where they generate 90 % of their leads so beware of paying upfront for this or any website company offering unlimited work leads bit of a scam.

The service is ok but can be improved with sending jobs applicable to the services i provide and in the vicinity of the area that i have choosen. More customer service and feedback would be good.
Worst company to deal with
We payed $4800 for $98000 worth of work. Service central have not kept there side of the bargain they lack integrity and didn't consider and honor there agreement i am very disappointed how things have come to this. They don't return emails they have moved overseas there is nothing any one can do Be aware from them.
