I rang many many times,i finally got an answer, what they did is close all accounts like mine,[illegally] and you had to rejoin at a cost per month, after arguing for many months to many different overseas callcentre imployees, I got sick off it and rang ,ombudsman[no go as it was business on business] same for small business vic[no go not interested as s/c was reg overseas] consumer affairs, same answer, I persisted and got onto small business pollution in Canberra[don't no how] they ewere livid and s/c was to reuinstate my busness as it ws illegall to do etc etc etc, s/c didso ,but quickly went back to the no leads routine, I then got a new [after many] account manager , after some time of not getting anywhere, we discused , going to premium, [at approx. 50 per month] and that will keep s/c happy and then we will reintroduce the original deal, that to this day is to be honoured, as it is still current, well not long and that also failed , to the point that every month I cannot login to my account, after many repeated emails to have them fix it, I still cannot log in to this day, now this is long and brief but I can go on forever, not happy

September 2nd 2020 Update: why cannot they listen to directions

after many times asking trading post not to charge my account , they keep trying, I informed them that if they proceed and are successful it was done against my will, and will be deemed as theft, and I will take action to retrieve, but I cannot send emails, or even get hold off my so called account manager, I have been telling them for months

dodgy sales people sucking you in – total scam sales people promise you the world saying there is 80 -100 thousand dollars worth of unclaimed work in my field/trade , signed up for 1 year and absolutely no job leads and if there is work, its somewhere out of the metropolitan area or job is not worth doing , there are very good at selling a dream focusing on vulnerable tradies… Read more

, most of the jobs posted are interstate or in areas unheard of ,be weary they have your credit card details on file and charge monthly if you get their monthly plan .... obviously they lock you into a contact that you cant get out off , the only way out is legal action.. i ve tried emailing them and emails bounce back ...ive heard this company is based in malaysia also invoices have no abn attached to them ,and state tradingpost.com but their website only works as tradingpost.com.au... some dodgy operation happening here... i would walk away .

tradingpost had just purchased the website / business and I would be an Ambassador?? I see the business was actually purchased back in 2016 ?? I didn't receive the promised email today and the operator seemed disinterested when I didn't give her my credit card details for payment on the spot?? I will give them a wide berth now as they seem desperate and their google ranking is low which is where they generate 90 % of their leads so beware of paying upfront for this or any website company offering unlimited work leads bit of a scam.

The service is ok but could be better if jobs were constant and in the south eastern suburbs. And wo – The service is ok but can be improved with sending jobs applicable to the services i provide and in the vicinity of the area that i have choosen. More customer service and feedback would be good.

If you are a business dont sign up – Not worth the money spent $2400 and only job $200 in value of jobs in the past 12mths. They promise jobs but don't deliver.

Dont get talked into it – They try to sell you as fast as possible with lies upon lies. They promise there are 100 of jobs in your area . Total bull. if you pay with credit card get it back from your card provider . We got a full refund !!!

Worst company to deal with – We payed $4800 for $98000 worth of work. Service central have not kept there side of the bargain they lack integrity and didn't consider and honor there agreement i am very disappointed how things have come to this. They don't return emails they have moved overseas there is nothing any one can do Be aware from them.

Rather put my money in a poker machine as more chance of getting some money back – We paid just under $2000 for $20,000 worth of work and 3 years into it we have only got $600 of work, they tell me i am getting 50 leads a week , when in fact i lucky to see 20 in a year , and try ask for my money back and get told NO , they are thieves

Dont sign up as a Tradesman – I signed up for 6 months thinking it was going to be exactly what the overseas caller had told me "a surplus of jobs" in your field (electrician) . Instead it was actually a lack of jobs ,I called up and complained but they didn't really do anything they just kept saying the jobs would pick up ,they it never did ... experience has left a sour taste in my mouth

spoke to said it was a waste of money, as the fees they paid never covered the jobs received. I really felt for those tradies, as they all felt they had been scammed.

Fast forward to 2017 and I think the tradies have abandoned it completely. In the last 12-18 months we have posted about ten jobs in two cities (for painters, plumbers, bricklayers, etc) and received not a single bid for any!

We won't be wasting our time on the site ever again.

BE AWARE - Trading Post own Service Central. Both companies are a disgrace. Stay away from Service Central and stay away from Trading Post.

Big Con – I paid $ 4,400 for my business to be listed with service central and have not received one job in the 3 year I have been with them .. Huge rip-off and they don't get back to you after calling them several times , tradies do not use this company as they take your money and give you nothing.

This was a Oncer for Me – I expected a tradesperson from my area but instead got one from 1/2 an hour. He did not properly diagnose the problem or fix it. wondering if they gave the tradesman my feedback without my permission. There is a safety aspect here as I have no idea who he was. He gave no receipt, I only have a phone number. This concerns me and I have told Service central this. This review asks for proof of purchase, but obviously I have nothing. As one other reviewer said these are not tradesman of the calibre you would wish for.

They are thieves!! – They came, took our oven door away for repair and $400.00 and GOODBYE! We have been unable to find them again, and we cannot get our oven door back either.
