We also use Couriers Please and Aramax and prices compete with Sendle using the business account discounts. Same day pick ups are the plus over Sendle!

they give you the option of adding freight Insurance and happy to charge you for it, but when something happens to your parcel, they will not cover anything because they will categorise it under one of their "Restricted Items" list.

Not recommended if you what to ship a parcel that needs insurance.

Best way to get your money back is to contact your bank or credit card provider and open a unauthorized charge back.

Most of their 5 star reviews are paid fake reviews.

Some great aspects, but delay in delivery, areas for improvements – I love the delivery companies comparison tool on the net, as it allowed me to quickly compare many companies, their prices and delivery times. The booking process was excellent, and the pickup by Toll was seamless. However we paid for the parcel to be delivered the next day, and it didn't arrive until 2 days later! We ended missing a deadline and felt let down by Toll, so obviously they need to improve their process to prevent delivery delays. Show details
