Sent goods via Couriers Please. 3 basins in original packaging, cardboard box and foam packaging.
One basin arrived smashed to pieces. I call Parcel2courier and they say "oh, ceramics arent covered by any insurance. no claim"

Affordable and convenient alternative to for our Shopify store!
I have been using P2C for some time now, just wanted to give any potential business / individuals peace of mind coming into Christmas who might be thinking of using it for the first time!
Our business is based in Perth WA and send parcels Australia wide a few times a week. From time to time customers demand and expect a premium express service and in this case we do not qualify for the couriers direct service minimums, however P2C does! Star Track Premium road and air express have saved us many times!
We also use Couriers Please and Aramax and prices compete with Sendle using the business account discounts. Same day pick ups are the plus over Sendle!

Don't use this company if you want insurance cover
We have been using this company for quite sometime and spent thousands with them for our international freights, One of our parcels have been damaged during freight. When it comes to insurance with these guys, it's the worst experience to deal with.
There are no direct phone numbers, no idea who you are talking to, Only done via Email, when you call the number on their website, they will tell you to email them only as they don't want to answer any questions.
they give you the option of adding freight Insurance and happy to charge you for it,
... Read more but when something happens to your parcel, they will not cover anything because they will categorise it under one of their "Restricted Items" list. Not recommended if you what to ship a parcel that needs insurance. Best way to get your money back is to contact your bank or credit card provider and open a unauthorized charge back. Most of their 5 star reviews are paid fake reviews.

So far so good. Cheap & fast. Goods in excellent condition.
Just decided to stop using Freightexchange after a few years of patronage as their pickup and delivery times have become terrible.
Parcel2courier are cheaper and fast. I arranged pick up by Freightexchange last Wednesday and the next day arranged another item with Parcel2Courier. The item sent via Parcel2courier arrived today. The item sent thru Freighexchange only got picked up yesterday afternoon!
Great Good pricing and quick smooth delivery
Good update on the progress on shipping. They picked up in Brisbane on 2.00pm Monday and just dropped at my place at 11.00am today Wednesday.
All good considering alot of people off work in transport. It only went through 3 handles.

Easy access to wide range of carriers
Would highly recommend! I have a small gift box business and use Parcel2Courier for their wide range of carriers that I would not normally have access to. The business account is easy to use and navigate, the different carriers collect direct from my place of business on time and the Parcel2Courier team are available and happy to assist if there are ever any issues - Like miss typing parcel weights! I have also integrated my Shopify store to my dashboard for easy shipping!

A gumtree user wanted to purchase a computer peripheral I had advertised wished me to pack and post for them. Then decided to send a courier to our residence to pick up instead couldn't get a set time so next day was organised emailed postage label to me. It was collected by 2pm friendly courier picked up from my front verandah chair while I was there said hi and thanks easy but I needed to stay home till it was collected was the only downside thanks

We are sorry if you have an item that was previously damaged previously and your insurance was declined. However as you correctly point out, our insurance team / claim process is done completely via email as this keeps written records of all correspondence because of the legal nature of an insurance claim. If you need general assistance regarding the shipment you can use our customer service phone line to call through to us, but that team is not from the insurance company so can't answer specifics about your claim because they don't have access to the claim.
