remove one tree on Saturday and the other on Sunday. However, they did not manage to complete removing the debris from the first tree on Saturday.

Despite the work being far from complete, I was understanding and paid them $1000 in good faith, trusting that they would return on Sunday to finish the job and that I would pay the remaining $1000 once the work was completed.

Unfortunately, after receiving the $1000 payment, they left and did not return as promised. I have contacted them several times to ask what is happening, but I have received no response.

So, I paid $1000 and was left with only part of the agreed-upon work completed. The lack of communication afterwards was extremely disappointing.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and treated them fairly, but unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of professionalism in return.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Tree Cycle WA. If you are considering using this business, I strongly recommend making sure the payment arrangements and completion of the work are clearly agreed upon before paying anything.

Fantastic service and trustworthy. Every time I have problems with leads or anything else they help me.

Another major benefit is that if you pay for a lead and receive no response, ServiceTasker offers a refund. While it is a paid service, I believe the fee is well worth it because it gives you the opportunity to connect with the right client or the right worker at any time and from anywhere.

For reference, I am a professional tiler. I have completed countless quotes through the platform, and only about 10–20% of them have turned into actual jobs. Even so, I have met some fantastic clients through ServiceTasker, and for that reason, I will continue to recommend this app to others.

fragile and has a lot of glass panels, I was a bit nervous, but they wrapped and protected it thoroughly and handled it with a lot of care.

The move itself was smooth and efficient. They navigated doorways and tight spaces without any bumps or scratches, and once it was in place they made sure it was level and exactly where I wanted it. There was no damage to the cabinet or to the walls and floors.

Their pricing was reasonable, there were no surprise costs, and the movers were polite and professional throughout.
