No words describe the service recived – They came 2 hours before the appointment so I rush at home, arrived start to bring the equipment in, the spray wasn't working, they told me after 7 minutes we finish $150. I said is still dirty every where, and they said if you want the chemical is $220. I paid $150 called straight away the shop to complain and after a month I still waiting the main office to get back to me. Please don't use this company keep your money in your pocket

Never again – Will never use again, stained my LOUNGE SUITE its now totally ruined, sent pics requesting either someone come back & re clean or a refund, I received an email saying my carpet was too old & too stained & will no longer help me when at no time was my carpet cleaned, POOR & UNPROFESSIONAL!!

WILL DAMAGE YOUR TILES – Not only were they late but their mop didn't work and had to return. Whatever this company has done has permanently destroyed my porcelain tiles. I have tried to negotiate with this company without success. I now have to outlay excess cost in proper tile restoration. Don't want to even give 1 star.

Brilliant Service – Brilliant Service. Arrived on time and did a good job cleaning our carpet. Very efficient and communicated with us in a friendly manner. Finished the work quickly with good results. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great and Fast Service – Excellent service and very happy with the results. The carpets looked brand new. Every time the work was done except for a reasonable price, and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awful Company. Avoid at all costs – Shocking service and extremely unprofessional. Cleaner was very late for appointment, missed areas he said he had actually cleaned and then left marks that were not there before. After requesting a re-clean as the sofa was dirtier after it had been cleaned they blamed us. Disgraceful. Do not use!

Ruined my couch – Ruined my couch. Sent them photo evidence, refused to acknowledge there was even an issue after chasing them for 3 weeks by both phone & email. Also tried to charge me $50 more than the original quote on the day claiming it was for ‘GST’ (even though this was 25% more than quoted).

Mattress steam clean – Booked a steam clean but got a cold wet carpet shampoo machine drench my $5k mattress and made it look worse. I can’t even articulate how upset and dissatisfied I am. shocked with what I had just experienced and I asked for his bosses mobile number. So I rang him and explained to him that what I just had done was not what the website (showing a steam cleaner machine) claimed it was going to perform and how disappointed I was. I was hoping for some form of clarity as to what I had booked, but he said very abruptly that I was quoted between $150 and $175 for the job and it had just been done and I had to cough up the full amount. I felt bad for his employee or quite possibly a sub contractor so handed over $100. He then refused to leave my house till I paid the outstanding $75. Needless to say I was feeling very vulnerable at this point and started to get angry so he finally left. I did say to him that this service was appalling and that I was going to take it further.

Shocking service and rude – To be fair they cleaned leather lounge set but i could never find their website or face book page. Very dodgy business. Terrible job and when I called to complain they were rude. All they do is outsource to very unskilled people.

Disgusted – The guy turned up 4 hours late, tried to add money to my quote, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I called the company to complain and they said I was trying to get out of paying the bill!!! Very upsetting.

Very bad not recommen unprofessional people with fake name – Clean with dirty water make it more worst and ask me for more money and he was looking everywhere in my house as they are thief’s with fake name stay away with these fraud people

rooms corridor and lounge with a mini spray bottle .and did not change water at all .and guess what after he finished in 15 mins the carpet was twice as dirty as it was before.streaks of black mark everywhere .not a single stained removed .then he said the stain is permanent.what a rip off company .get your money elsewhere .they are just a rip off thieves.

Please avoid! Worst carpet cleaning we've ever had, and will try and charge you more – We were quoted $150 on the phone. When the man came he didn't realise we already had a quote and tried to charge us $330. We've had our carpets cleaned twice a year for the last 8 years and this carpet clean was by far the worst we've ever had. The carpets looked really dirty afterwards and there were stains they didn't get rid of which we were able to get rid of with an ordinary brush-in supermarket product (Carpet Power).

CON MAN – This man came half an hour late and smelt of smokes. He didn’t even remove any stains from my couch. Spilt a bucket of water on the floor and didn’t clean it up. $180 for 20 minutes of work that didn’t clean anything

Con men ! – Quoted me on the phone a price, then when the guy arrived and completed the job then told me the 3 seater was a 4 seater and the 4 seater was a 5 and charged me extra. These guys rip you off by up selling and charging extra for jobs. Do not recommend. Please don't use and fall for the con traps they are using !!!!!

TERRIBLE! – Just wanted a standard clean but then charged me an $60 for no reasoning at. The guy also arrived and walked in with no mask on. Mattress doesn't even look that clean. I wouldn't recommended them to your worst enemy.

Dishonest about what service they provide – They sold me on a standard clean but then insisted on a deep clean for more money. Couches look no different. No stain removal at all. Phoned to complain and haven’t heard back from them.

Ruined 2 couches and chair - if you could give 0 stars I would – Completely ruined furniture. Came back to fix it and made it worse. Wouldn’t refund. Now left with water stained furniture! Wouldn’t discuss the situation on the phone. DO NOT USE!

I should of read the reviews – I should have taken the phone call as a red flag. The lady was foreign she just wanted my address and to book in straight away with out even discussing. that’s a 6 and a half I said how is it when it’s literally 5 seats ? The lady on the phone didn’t say how big are the 5 seats. So very deceitful. Wanted to charge me $360 now I said no just do the clean. The couch is 3 months old and only has water stains from a couch cleaner i used so pretty simple job. He gets out a machine that’s like the woolworths ones not even a proper machine like I usually get done. Then he says he will do the scotch guarding for $324 all together I just said what ever do it. The water stains came out as it would have easily but he was saying oh I dont think that will come out like it was red wine or something just to try cover himself if it didn’t come out. Marks maintenance is who came out but I called a number on squeaky cleans website. So they just send contractors out. Just in experienced foreigners trying to rip you off.

Worst experience ever – Absolutely do not use. Peters Cleaning/Marks maintenance did an absolutely poor job when contacted to do a mattress clean. We needed a cat pee stain clean where they quoted us $180. that there was no point in cleaning it unless we did. After cleaning and drying it was obvious this was a lie as the stain and odor have stuck around. We have tried to contact the company multiple time to rectify the issue and have had no response. They are an absolute scam!

not very happy – it seems that they have rebranded themselves as "shine cleaning service".. charged me $1200 to regrout and re-silicone shower.. l don't know if this is a fair price but it seems very steep. l had to ask the guy repeatedly to tidy up the silicone because it was done so roughly and was ragged and untidy . won't use again. when l paid it was "mark's cleaning services" not "shine".

Marks Maintenance is a rip off – Gold Coast. Booked Carpet Cleaning through "Peters Cleaning" who have sub-contracted to "Marks Maintenance" who tried to rip me off. When I rang Peres Cleaning they told me to 'relax' and that it was all done - I didn't get ripped off in the end because I REFUSED to pay! Don't use "Peters Cleaning or Marks Maintenance" The guy who came out "Abdul" even insisted I help carry his machine up the stairs!

Intimidation and terrible service – Was quoted a price then once in the home they were weird and then stated the cost would be more than quoted. Implied it must be paid per cushion not the couch and we were intimidated. Please do not use them, you will he disappointed. Rang back to complain and was yelled at and belittled. I'm shocked at their behaviour and upset as well. Hence why I'm here hopefully stopping others from suffering at their hands. Absolutely appalled

A con job! – Response was within 24 hours that is the best I can say, though the workers were polite. Everything they said and did was edgy. I was just 10 days post surgery and didn't have the energy to argue. Marks are just so much worse I can't understand what could have happened, and stupidly I paid a small fortune. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE .

Expensive rug cleaner – I had this organisation clean my rug. They quoted $130-$150 for cleaning and scotch guarding. When the guy came out he said the rug would need a “deep” clean and re-quoted $210. The rug is clean, but definitely not scotch guarded. I needed this done quickly so went ahead, but would never use them again. They are also using various names. Their ad was under “Supreme Cleaners”. Avoid, if you don’t want to be ripped off!

Zero stars if possible – Had them come out for emergency carpet stain removal. Spent 5 minutes with a grocery store cleaner and steam and then said stain impossible to remove. Charged $120 call out fee. Left additional stains that weren't on the carpet originally. We had better luck lifting the stain on our own. Disgusting service, criminal and will be reporting to the ACCC

If I could give 0 stars I would – Not only was the job completely inadequate - the couch looks in exactly the same state as it was before, the price was eye watering, the company unprofessional, and the customer service abysmal.

Carpet cleaning – This is the worst service I have ever had when it comes to carpet cleaning. Job half done, chipped skirting boards and patches of carpet weren’t cleaning. Water was spilling over from the main machine which was located out of the carpet cleaning rooms onto our furniture. They just didn’t care about the outcome. My advice-overpriced - steer clear of this group!

Worst job ever – Read before using I did not and payed the Price half butt job couch still dirty now Mrs is laughing at me which is probably the worst thing because she was right
