Useless money rip off – I asked for a person to give me a quote for an ant infestation outside my home. Person arrived early and was shown the ants on the outside of the house where ants had been entering the house. Told he could do the work immediately and quoted $280. $80. I agreed. He used a mask and gloves and sprayed the edges of the house exterior and windows! I went to look at the work and he had puffed a powder into the exterior grates and because the entrance to under the house was again blocked I assumed he had been under the house to use the powder. I tried to pay using my credit card but it was declined by his machine which was strange as I knew I had the funds available. While he was still here I rang my bank and was told there had not been a request and there were enough funds. The problem was his machine. I went to their bank the next day and paid the account. One day later there was a mass of ants on my kitchen wall. I sent a photo the company who delayed their response by saying they couldn’t read my phone number on the invoice of which they had a copy! Ants in other rooms and requested again a follow up visit. I explained that the ants were inside since they had done the treatment but they said that inside was not the agreed job. This went on for two weeks until they ended by saying as far as they were concerned the matter was closed. When I managed to open the access to under the house the operator had not been under the house at all. Sorry for the long post but it’s best to be prepared for their nonsense if you use this company. I have had to use ant baits inside the roof to get rid of the ants that they didn’t kill just moved on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

No professionalism – Do not use this company - apparently it is a family run business, who have no ethics and have no professional standing. to me that he'll try a spot clean first, so he did, but the stains were too bad and he said, it would be a waste of money to continue, if he cant get them clean. I thanked him for his effort and he left. I have since received a phone call from someone, telling me that I have to pay for a quote. There was no quote for this job - the cleaner terminated his job and no work was carried out. I will not pay anything for a job not done. I called the number on the Ses website and asked to speak to the manager so I could resolve this - they told me to leave a message! I have had lots of trades over the years and none of them have ever charged for a quote, so this family business is a rip off - don't use them!

Mark - mattress clean - excellent service – I emailed for a quote at 645pm and hadnt a call back by 7pm and an appointment booked in for 2pm the next day. Excellent service, thorough clean of a very dirty mattress. Mark was polite, professional and on time. Awful – If 1 could give 0 stars I would. Overcharged and under delivered. Charged to trap 2 possums, 2 traps left and then they didn't return at all. Rang to complain and told not entitled to any refund. Never ever use them. Show details

Rated as low as possible! – I was quoted a price for a possum removal then charged a higher price. Uncomplicated job he was on site about 30 minutes. The service was for 2 visits (second visit to collect the cage) but they never returned despite many requests. Do not use them! Show details

floors were covered in water and chemicals after Top Solution Services was done, some of which they mopped up, most of which they did not (we discovered large pools of water and chemicals underneath the couch, a few hours after they left, which we had to wipe up with several large towels). The only instruction we were given was to wait 3 days before sitting. Regardless, we have left the room very well-ventilated, and in as much light as possible, to assist with drying. Not happy with the result of the service.

● The quality of the job was poor - ○ The couch was streaky with stains that were not there prior to the cleaning. We were not happy with the result of the cleaning. ○ The couches now have a heavy damp/mould smell that has not disappeared after 2 weeks, and we can no longer use them and are unable to sit in our living room or on our couches because the smell is so strong.

All three companies refused to take any responsibility, provide any compensation or took any care or pride in their work.

Dodgiest Company Ever – Called one company to remove a possum. (Marks Pest Control) Invoiced by a different company (Diana Maintenance) but shows on credit card as SK Cleaning. Insisted we pay $750 immediately on pick up of possum. (which they wanted us to leave on the roof in the sun for 6 hours). Show details

Scammers! – Paid $260- to have the house sprayed for ants. He told me if ants return they will come back and re spray. Ants were back a week later. Called them and they argued with me. Finally they agreed to send somebody out within two days. They never came, and now cannot get through on the phone. I have put in a dispute with my bank. Cleaning blinds – So disappointed,Sam was hour late , what ever product he used did not do the job . He packed up and was going to leave when I had another look at blinds on inside they had not been touched . He at my insistence did clean them but not at all a good job . An absolute wrought – They came out and told us that there would be a full refund should the trap not work, which is the only reason we went with them. When we came in the next morning to check on the trap the bait they placed was all over the floor with no possum in the trap. We called them about this and they refused us our refund. Their 'service' is an absolute wrought and I recommend you go anywhere well. Show details

Dodgy Scam – The cage was faulty and the bait was taken without catching the possum. Called and asked for a refund and was met with abuse and a refusal of the refund. Just a scam to get ~$500 out of people when the local council can do it for FREE! Show details

Rude and unprofessional – Don't book these ripoffs. Called Natural Pest Control for an urgent pest job and someone from SK Cleaning came instead. When they arrived, they didn't even bothered inspecting the unit to confirm the bug issue I was facing and started spraying almost immediately. To top it off, the customer service team are very rude. When I asked for the follow up service, they argued back and wanted me to pay extra even though their website stated a 6 month warranty.

Overall terrible experience from these people.

Complete Scam - Poor Service & No After-sales service – Called what we thought was Mark's Pest control to take care of our small problem with mice. a few traps there even though there is no evidence of any way they can get inside, and we have not had any in our roof which he was told). Says I should check the traps every couple of days and dispose of the mice who will be "suffocated" inside the trap. Paid $450 + GST for 30 minutes work and 12 traps that I could have bought at Bunnings. Checked the traps. Some did not have bait inside. None had mice inside. Fast forward two weeks later, and our mice are still here. Tried to call the number on the invoice (which was SK Cleaning Services by the way). Number is not connected. So. Based on their performance here, I cannot do anything but leave them one star. If it were possible to leave zero stars I would do it.

Checked their ABN number and it is used by MANY companies under different names

Never again – We called Marks cleaning but some people from SK Cleaning arrived instead. Unfortunately we had water flood our hall and lounge. They did not give a quote. Brisbane Service – Had Lounge cleaned. Took about 10 minutes and lots of marks still. Could hardly tell it had been cleaned. I booked this through another company and then invoice had this on it. carpet cleaner to do it a week later and I paid $350 for 2 lounges and he was there for a hour and a half and they came up like new. I was in a rush which is why I used this company. Like I said, booked under a different company name and this guy showed up. $150 for 10 minutes, a bit of a spray and steam. I can't believe I paid it.
