On 4 December 2022, SGIO made the transition to become NRMA Insurance in Western Australia.
the worst! – I have four policies with SGIO...soon to be NONE. we had a low value car written off by them. That is when the crap started! through out the process of lodging a claim the first lady was great.....from there it went down hill very fast. they want to rip us off but sadly for them I understand that premium charged on pay by the month constitutes a one month block of insurance no matter what their written disclosures tries to leads people to believe
I know my rights and they don't like that.
As long as I'm alive Ill never insure anything with these clowns again
