Very dodgy take care when ordering. Entered on the Australian website. Tried to avoid the membership issues other customers faced. Asked for express postage came up $12. After order went through. I noticed an extra product added ( 2 cami bundle) and postage $25 coming from the USA in 2 weeks ( not the promised 1-3 days) tried to cancel immediately but cancellation button greyed out. Shapermint provides incentives to order their products. I was offered a free product if I ordered 2 products. Love them. I don't think I'll buy another brand in bras – I'm a big busted person, so I was dubious about whether this bra was really as good as the company claimed. was so impressed that I decided to try the wirefree strapless bra. For anyone that is large busted - you would know that it's impossible to find a comfortable strapless that can actually defy gravity. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. It's so comfortable, and while it's not a miracle worker, it's pretty damn good. I get as much lift as I would a wired bra, but without the pinching and pain. (Pictured is me wearing the wire-free strapless bra).
I highly recommend giving these bras a go if you're getting sick of the pinching and stabbling of wired bras.

choices- I am happy with the adjustability of these but am keen to try another style. Easy website/ lots of choices. Only just started wearing them so not sure of longevity yet. But, happy currently to be able to get dressed unaided. The surgeon and occasional therapist suggested to modify my clothing while waiting so first step done.

this is a scam website you click on something then try to take it out of the order and it keeps it in then if you go to pay for it then see that there is something in there that shouold not be it says its shipped and you cannot change the order. so i tried again and put 2 things in my basket hit pay and it changed the price as below

wrong size and colour so not even an item I could use. I had to ask for a new delivery 3 times until they got it right. The shorts when I eventually got them (after the event I was hoping to use them at) are less shaping than my yoga leggings. To return items you have to pay about $16aud (the price it says is in USD) and then you only have 2 weeks to get them back or your return is cancelled. submit. Surprise, surprise order was not cancelled and I was billed. Contact with customer service and I’m fed the return/ refund policy and as a bonus you get slugged with a $6USA admin fee. Payment was with PayPal so I decided to initiate a transaction dispute- why was I not surprised Shapermint had a notification on PayPal advising contact customer service with subject line Paypal Dispute. Followed this procedure and within 10 mins received $10USA refund - used as a compensation payment, admin fee of $6USA waived and they will hold my hand on the return/ refund process. It is the unscrupulous practices of this company that is bringing them down and they need to be called out and exposed.
Follow-up · Shapermint needs to review their practices, even with the refund that was offered and so called compensation payment of $10US I was $23AU out of pocket for an item I had requested a cancellation within a 5 min period of ordering. The generated emails from customer service were constant and I ended up blocking the sender.

admitted they claim they charge in US$ even though thee is NO REFERENCE to this in their ad or on the confirmation invoice. So blame PayPal for the conversion rate used. Hello. It should never have been charged in anything other than A$ as per their advertisement. Therefore, I was NOT aware NOR did I AGREE to this subterfuge. Sneaky business practices and definitely not accepted by Consuner Affairs or Trade Practices. Do Not purchase from them unless you want to be fooled.

Yes I did receive the items Customer service was good until I pointed put they charged me subscription without me agreeing to.it...let uo once they saw I was like a dog on a bone..would not give up iuntil it was refunded...on principle..not the amount. Website ok...but actually no better no worse than others. Lesson learnt... ..do research on sites by their reviews!! First and last time I'll get caught out.

Very disappointed with the fit of the product. Bottoms width fits, but were so high I could pull them up to my armpits and the bra band fits, but cup size was too small. Hence I am reluctant to exchange. However, if I did want to exchange them I can’t because the items and prices they are saying are in my order do not match my receipt. Also, If I ask for a refund it will cost me $6 per item and I already paid $20 AUD in shipping costs.
Worst customer experience! Duped into purchasing extra items at checkout. Contact made immediately to cancel however was only met with refusal after refusal as order "already with fulfillment team"...which it wasn't. Will never attempt to purchase from site again or recommend to others. A rather stressful experience all round.

My wife bought a bra from this mob, and she didn’t recollect ever seeing anything about joining a “club” yet for the last 6 months they have been taking money from our account…. The ACCC will need to find out about their dodgy practices… if it is a case of needing to “opt out” then that is very poor business practice! And I can see we are not the only ones who you have taken for a ride… very poor, buyer beware!
Horrible customer service. Ordered a shirt, on checkout they offered a second one for FREE. When I got my invoice they had charged me for TWO additional shirts. Contacted customer service with 15mins of making the original order and they wouldn't help, so I asked them to cancel my order entirely but was told it was too late to do so. Remember it had been 15 minutes. Offered me $10 which is of no use as I will never order from them again.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Charged me in US dollars. Then wouldn’t exchange or refund. But gave me a $10 credit, which I will never use. I shop online a lot and this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had online. Disappointed and disgusted. Steer clear.
