Excellent experience with Shark Solar. Rocky handled the sale and was outstanding — great communication, clear information, and honest advice on system sizing and rebates. No pressure, just straight answers. The Fox ESS battery and inverter install was neat and professional, well labelled and properly protected, and the team explained the monitoring app before they left. System is performing as expected. Highly recommend — ask for Rocky. Show details

Follow-up · System working very well but difficult to get help when l was trying to update wifi changes
Extremely pathetic and misleading organisation, once deposit is received - they will not take your phone calls and stall your installs. If you do end up getting trapped by Michael or Peter, DO NOT pay until install is completed. Typical desi mindset… Read more
running business. My order was placed in AUG25, deposts and finances approved in NOV25 and I am putting this review up in JAN26. Now seeking damages.
Do your math before getting to work with these people!
Wish there was less then 1 star.
Follow-up · Updating my review, I was eventually given an install date and the product is now delivered. I was compensated with bollards and cement sheets without extra charge.

After our installation I referred our daughter to Shark Solar. They are a one stop shop from Mike who again showed outstanding service and communication, through to Gary and Phillip overseeing installation and June making the inverter talk to Growatt. Battery up and running within the week shows how good this team is. Show details
Negative reviews
Due to negligence by the initial designers and electricians, the first electricity bill received after battery installation not only failed to decrease but actually increased significantly. Fortunately, with the enthusiastic assistance of Mr. Wade from the service team, the three-phase smart monitoring meter was eventually installed and carefully debugged, allowing the system to begin operating effectively. Many thanks again to Mr. Wade! David

making some modifications to roof structures to allow for this. Thankyou Henry and Marcin for all of your work.
Shark installed my batteries but also shorted out my house. Blew up my microwave, washing machine, hot water service, NBN, cpap machine, lights, fans, chargers, etc then ghosted me. Have not compensated for my losses or allowed a claim on their insurance. I am not covered in mine.
I had my 40kwh battery and paired 5kwh inverter installed in January. The team did a great job with the installation and I was really happy. But the inverter died 3 months later and I am getting the run around from Fox ESS and Shark solar. now faulty Fox unit. They have asked me to get my own electrician to do diagnostics and keep promising to replace my inverter but nothing happens. My next phone call will be to consumer protection.
I deal with “[Name Removed]” from Shark Solar. He earnt 1 star as he organised to get the job done nice and quick. He lost a star as I had to threaten reporting Shark Solar to the regulator as they were not suppling a certificate of conformance as required by law, finally got it 30 days later. They loose another start for not applying the correct… Read more
settings on the inverter they installed, they set max export at 15kw when SAPN only allows maximum of 5kw on single phase, they set max import far higher than the main fuse to our house which could of resulted in the fuse blowing and having to call out SAPN to fix. They loose another star as they booked me in for a meter upgrade to a smart meter, I already have a smart meter which they know, so this did not need to be done, I was then charged by Origin Energy to come out. They loose another star because when the Origin came out they advised me that the system was missing an isolator switch that is required by law and that it must be supplied by my solar installer, they advised me this makes the system a fire risk and non-compliant. I asked “[Name Removed]” about this and he has now stopped answering my emails. I guess next step is to report Shark Solar to the regulator. So that leaves them with a grand total of 1 star out of 5, Thanks “[Name Removed]”, you have kept pestering me for a review, now you have it!
Adam and his team were extremely efficient and helpful. Adam guided me through each step of the process. contact with me right up to their approval on site. The team were incredible. My fuse box was crowded, but they sorted it all out. For and extra charge, Adam had arranged for a blackout protection. The install team ran all the cables in the wall cavities. Nothing to see here. Such a neat job. They cleaned up everything. The installation team set my system up so I don't need to think about anything. They also set up my app on my phone so I can monitor my whole house. Adam has contacted me to see how the system is going. Thanks shark solar team.
