contact with me right up to their approval on site. The team were incredible. My fuse box was crowded, but they sorted it all out. For and extra charge, Adam had arranged for a blackout protection. The install team ran all the cables in the wall cavities. Nothing to see here. Such a neat job. They cleaned up everything. The installation team set my system up so I don't need to think about anything. They also set up my app on my phone so I can monitor my whole house. Shark installed my batteries but also shorted out my house. Blew up my microwave, washing machine, hot water service, NBN, cpap machine, lights, fans, chargers, etc then ghosted me. Have not compensated for my losses or allowed a claim on their insurance. I am not covered in mine.

I had my 40kwh battery and paired 5kwh inverter installed in January. The team did a great job with the installation and I was really happy. But the inverter died 3 months later and I am getting the run around from Fox ESS and Shark solar. now faulty Fox unit. They have asked me to get my own electrician to do diagnostics and keep promising to replace my inverter but nothing happens. My next phone call will be to consumer protection.
