So easy and such a positive program!!
I have been following this program for five weeks so far and have lost 5kgs!! I am breastfeeding, so it was important for me to find a program that wouldn’t affect my supply or would be too hard to follow. I have been following the breastfeeding plan and I am so excited with my results so far. It has such a supportive fb community, you get a response to all your questions within minutes. I recommend this program to all mums that want to get back into shape.
If you want to change to be fit & healthy = this is it!
This is the BEST programme I have ever been on. It is not easy but if you stick to it and do your part YOU WILL see the positive changes. The most amazing support group. It is REAL. The love and the support knowing your walking this road with fellow ladies and gentleman is just amazing. I love the new me and I am still learning everyday. I will always be thankful for the programme! Stick to it! It works!!!

Pay one time for lifetime access to all the info, food plans, 6 different diet plans, workouts extended & regular, etc etc! This program and its online support is fantastic I’m shocked to see these negative reviews. Myself as well as 3 close friends have all benefited greatly from this. It’s a lifestyle change not a quick fix although if you are willing to put in the work you can drop weight like crazy following the nourish meal plan alone. Add in the workouts and you will not fail!!!

Love this program. I purchased the scpf first as I had a massive diasistis recti and had seen a pt with no results. I was dubious when Sharney and Julius popped up on fb....but I have not looked back. I did the scpf program and in a few months went from a 5 finger gap to 3 finger. Although some people may find the strengthening vaginal exercises with a had egg hard to do they do work. I also purchased the fmhm and love it....I enjoy it being simple and easy to follow norish and exercises were easy to fit in with kids. I lost 15 kg in 6 weeks. L...ike anything you have to be focussed and work for it...if you follow it you will have a big success and you have it forever so can dip in and out of it when you need to. Now I follow it but drop in a few carbs to the level I know my body can handle. Love it. Very surprised with the negative reviews on here as they have a massive community on the fb groups. X
Seriously a life-changing program.
So easy to follow and it works if you put in the effort. I’m 45 and I lost 8 kilos and 11cm off my waist within 4 weeks of starting. After 8 weeks I was able to run 5km without stopping for a break, which I had never done before. Losing weight takes effort and persistence with any program. These guys are the real deal and know what they’re talking about. They still “go live” in their Facebook groups and chat with their followers. I can’t speak highly enough of them and this program.
Sharny and Julius have changed my life.
The menu plans are varied and easy to prepare. The exercises are simple and quick, some are less that 10 minutes! The Facebook groups are supportive and full of women (and men!) who build each other up and help with advice and support. More than all of this though, the love you will learn to give yourself following this programme is the best result ever!
What an amazing program for healthy living!
This program is for those who want to change their lives, not lose weight overnight. I'm always full on this plan and it was easy to follow. There is a tremendous support group and it is so easy to lose weight when you really try your best.
Jumping in to this program has resulted in many positive changes in my life.
I was tired of looking soft and weak. But it was ridiculous for me to expect changes without changing anything. I jumped on board at the end of March 2021 and I am so happy I did.
In the beginning, I felt overwhelmed by all of the information and found it difficult to navigate the app to find specific topics and printouts. They would certainly benefit from making the information more user friendly.
I didn’t think that taking on the Nourish option was the right one for me. I decided to do more of a Happy Mum diet where I can still enjoy some...
This is an awesome program - life changing!
I have tried several weight loss programs but none have ever given me the results I am achieving with Sharny & Julius.
I haven’t reached my final goal weight yet but didn’t expect to in my first round of Nourish, I have however lost 15.7kgs so far, I’m half way there!
Sharny & Julius are genuine & say it as it is. All questions I have sent have been answered quickly & clearly.
Also I have never been so full on a diet!
So much food to eat & I can’t believe how easy it is to avoid all of my previous sneaky treats, I just don’t want them anymore.
Perfect for the busy mom
I've been using this program for over a year (purchased multiple programs actually). While I don't follow the healthy mum strictly, I am seeing results. I've dropped 20lbs over the last few months when I decided to be stricter. Also added on the kegels program and my leaking had been next to nothing!
The programs work if you are willing to follow them. If you're not going to follow it, you won't get the results you're looking for. This is not an over night results program. It takes time and it's a long term commitment.
So glad I found Sharny and Julius! Sweetest most down to earth couple and parents I've ever seen.
Support and amazingly simple principles
The private Facebook community is the most supportive group and fun group, and honestly I wish I'd started sooner. I purchased the program a little over two years ago and it took me that long to start because I didn't commit to watching the videos and printing all the food and exercise resources - I thought it was too simple to work for me but the consistent before & afters in the community were too motivating for me not to start and I'm so pleased to say that I am getting great results and I'm not even half way through round 1. I am now cravin...g the veggie overload and feel sick when I indulge in chocolate (former chocoholic here). The value for money is outstanding. Commit to watching all the video guides and asking all the questions you need in the group, and jump in - the great thing is there is no time limit. No renewal fee. Once you're in, you're in for life, and the group will motivate you to keep trying as long as it takes.
Dont get sucked into the Hype!
I purchased the SCPF program, so disappointed in the brief generic information provided in the program. During sign up was a link that said if I purchased in 15mins I would also get access to the free secret Facebook group which is not true, you get access to the SCPF group which comes with the program. When I clicked buy they tried to upsell by offering me the fit mum program for the sale price of $47!! (Which is what its normal price to buy it is). The information and videos are boring and theres barely anything there to help with the core..., mostly just some info on sucking in the pelvic floor and using eggs and toys on yourself. Wish I had come across this page before I wasted my money! PS - Pretty much all the info Sharny gives in the program, you can find videos about on Youtube for free.
Very good at marketing their product but the product itself is ridiculous, unrealistic, unsustainable and boring. Bought it more for the nutritional side of things rather than the exercises. No wonder Sharny is so thin she must be starving herself on this diet! Boring truck load of vegetables to eat and bit of chicken and that’s the diet basically. Don’t waste your money.
Diastasis recti exercises are working for me, thank god!
I started the pelvic floor exercises yesterday and feel stronger already. It's kegel exercises, I've tried similar things in the past. But these little workouts are effective for me. You can do these in bed, why it worked for me. It's not your classic exercises (scissor legs etc), specifically kegels. Steep price for such simple things. But worth it for me since it's helping almost immediate. I pee when I sneeze, can't bend down, back hurts that's how bad my abs are. That's why I'm delighted with this.
They promote a healthy diet. Whether it's feasible or not depends on how much it deviates from your regular diet. Since I've been trying to pose baby weight i found it compatible with my goals.
I got caught in the Ad frenzy and purchased the Fit Healthy Happy Mum (FHHM) & Strong Pelvic Floor & Core (SPFC) programs ‘on sale’ for €47 each. Came w/ online cookbook access, lifetime video access, and Facebook club access. They forgot to add my SPFC. Upon receipt I had to email and request they add it to my library. They requested proof of purchase. It was added. I wish I had read the reviews on this site because I would not have purchased. Like others have identified, 7-10 cups of veggies/greens a day... very low calorie= obvious weight lo...ss. In the first 2 weeks, I became very nauseous eating that many veggies. Yes I vomited. No I did not have a cold/flu/virus. I asked SJ how they came up w/the 7-10 c of veggies/day. I prefer to know the science behind the strategy. No response. I’ve done other programs where carbs/‘white foods’ are commonly limited/eliminated. This is the same. SJ talks about short workouts and that you don’t need any gym equipment. You can break up the exercises throughout the day. I’ve found you still need 30-45 min to complete all of the daily recommendations- especially if you are doing two of the programs. Her video explanations are minimal and not very ‘scientific’. Not sure if they’ll work yet. Occasionally she’ll drop in swear words in her videos. Keeps it real I guess, but not very professional. Her food videos do not have good angles. I wish she would show videos of her prepping her food or shopping to show what effort it takes. My fridge is a crammed mess of 7-10lbs of veggies. Many of her food videos also show ‘non approved’ foods for Nourish-her main program. She says you’ll only need vitamins for 1-2 wks then you’ll get everything from food eaten. She is NOT Doctor certified or a nutrition specialist. I haven’t reached wk8, but I have a feeling the program doesn’t transition you to a more balanced diet (i.e. include carbs). I’ll do my best to finish the 8 wks as part of the experiment since I paid for it. Unless you love eating LOTS of veggies, giving up carbs, & looking at a skinny woman flaunt her stuff (a lot!) then this isn’t the program for you.
