Throughout the settlement process, the sales representative was friendly and easy to deal with, consistently responsive, and did their best to accommodate my requests—including liaising with their solicitor to meet our requirements where possible.

Customer care has also been excellent: helpful and responsive in resolving any potential issues both before and after settlement. The handover presentation was thorough, covering all aspects of the home before I received the keys, along with a welcoming gift.
