Saskia was available to me 24/7 when I had odd questions. As a first home buyer, I couldn't ask for a more nurturing and hand holding human to guide me through one of the most scariest processes of my life. No question was a dumb question.

My review is very late but also timely: Whilst Saskia worked with me earlier last year to help me secure the loan for my first home, what I didn't know or expect was an ongoing advocate for me with my current lender. Just this week, without me even asking, she has secured me a rate decrease with my current lender. Just over 12 months of me securing the loan!!

In an unstable economy, it is so comforting to know that you have someone in your corner. If you have unique financial circumstances and it's your first time going through this, I could not recommend Saskia and the team at Natloans highly enough.

hand and explained my situation fully but was told that wouldn't be necessary. 4 yes 4 days later after repeatedly calling and not getting return calls, only emails requiring more information one piece at a time, the exact information I offered on Tuesday.. By Friday I'd had enough and rang to tell them to shove it. this brought a response from some women claiming to be in charge of this rabble. So pathetic pleading like a wounded animal for more time she rang back twenty minutes later telling me she rang a credit supplier and if it wasn't 5 minutes before close of business would have processed it on the spot. Being sympathetic to wounded animals I gave here until Monday 10 am to get it done. At 12 pm Melbourne time I went to another finance broker and had my application completed late that afternoon. I missed a call from Natloans after 12 pm and out of curiosity returned the call twice and never heard back from them.

ONCE AGAIN DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS LOT.

Online application – I just wasted an hour of my time and provided the necessary paperwork for a loan. They advised me to go ,to Money3 which I applied for an application in February 2019. This company gave false information - they do not provide the loan they are brokers. Don't waste you time and energy with them. Terrible they did not tell me they were brokers till I gave them all my personal details.

Provides false hopes – I wouldn't deal with this company again. I was honest and straight forward regarding my financial situation and I was told you'd be considered as a AA credit rating and we can get the loan for you only to hear back 4 days later from the finance company my application was declined. Please do not give false hopes to the people you speak with this kind of practice is misleading and it only hurts the reputation of your company.
