Worst ever – The WORST company I’ve dealt with. Confirmed for 11am. Text messaged at 10.45 to say running 30mins late. Completely ok with that. Came to my house - no customer service at all. only paid to do the windows and not the frame? I gave him an example of a car cleaner only doing the windows the the dirt of the windows drips to the body of the car? Would they leave it? Worst company to do business with. Please don’t invite them to your house. There’s no general hygiene as well - I will need to disinfect my house and deodorise for the next few days.

Do not trust these people – Poor service to say the least. They Were given an oppertunity to amend cleaning not completed and still did not fufill our agreement. Offer a guarentee but to stick to their word. False advertising 100%

Disgrace – They broke our blinds and have denied even touching them when they did a full house clean! Paid $300 and they won't take any responsibility for it. Do not use them!!!

Shocking! – I'm not going to even waste time writing the review....they're cheap and not even worth that. They text me at 10pm the night before they were to arrive at 9am the next day saying that the clean has moved to 11am without even checking to see if it was ok. The clean was terrible!!!!

Left house in worse state than before!! – Worst cleaners, absolute waste of time. Didn't do what the website said they would, basically had to stand over them. Do not use shine cleaners – Do not use this company. They didn't turn up and didn't call me to tell me and then didn't answer their phone when I was calling them to find out where they were. This left me stuck trying to move house. This was the second chance I have given them.
