contact from FT, finally responded with something like: "We'll give you the money back if you close the case with FT". I closed the case and now they are gone silent.

Stay away from those guys...

Terrible customer service – Bought an iphone 6s Plus Feb 2018. 2 days over the 1yr warranty the phone just completed died. Funny that. Contacted Shopmonk who couldn't have cared less. apparently a battery problem which falls under only 6 months warranty. Conveniently this is obviously over and I could get it repaired for $400 plus a shipping charge of $75. What makes it worse is that we actually liked how it worked and told friends about it.

BEWARE: SCAM ARTISTS - SELLS STOLEN GOODS – Beware this company will sell you phones that have their IMEI locked internationally. IMEI on multiple sites to check that it was unlocked, found that the IMEI was locked in multiple regions signifying a stolen product.

Will not respond to your emails or calls.

Terrible customer service – Bought a $1000 MacBook from these guys. 7 months in and I'm unable to use the laptop without it connected to power as the battery holds no charge at all. An error pops up to say the battery is faulty. Tried emailing, calling etc. and no reply whatsoever. Stay clear of this retailer.

No response from sale person , no one pick up phone from customer service – Very poor customer services, I try to contact customer service 1300 number no one answer Sales person also doesn't answer phone call.

Samsung Note 5 – I have read a lot of bad reviews on Shopmonk however, my experience was far from that, I got my phone quicker than expected and in perfect condition. Thank a lot, I will be back

The worst customer service – Don't buy from this retailer and shop somewhere else. I canceled an order and requested for review. No reply and no refund. I had to contact paypal to get my money back. Absolutely scam!

Slower than a snail on valium – Bought two items off them. Both times advertised 10-14 days shipping. After three weeks i followed up and was told they would ship within the next seven days. They only get one star because there's nothing lower – They are just terrible. After a month of waiting for some movement on my Xiaomi Mi A1, I cancelled and ordered via DWI a week ago, and it's currently out for delivery. They lied in emails, they rang me and lied to me, just stay away from them.

Beware of these scammers – Bought a Samsung S8 from them - 2 months after purchase it had not arrived - they did not return support email requests until I lodged a complaint w Paypal.

Customer service seems to be outsourced and stuff reply off a script. Surprisingly evident when I would ask questions or request feedback to receive replies that were barely related to the actually issue.

I have been begging for a refund, or particular monetary compensation, or any form of compensation (i.e. free store credit or upgrade to Oneplus 5T which released as a new model due to the fact this process took so long). Keep in mind that I have only been able to use the phone for one month over the past 5 months.

They have not even allowed the refund option and as such I have to take such a clear cut dispute to court and waste time.

I believe they attempt to waste your time to force you to give up after they realise you want any money back. I would gladly pay the extra amount of money considering how many hours wasted and to be wasted now and in the future.

I highly recommend to not buy from them especially or any gray importers ever.

Shipment was ridiculously slow. Product was not the Australian version – I ordered a Google Home and a Google Home mini in the same order, but they shipped my Mini two weeks later. ".au" website, I except the seller to send me the version which was made for Australia with an Australian standard power plug, not something from Asia with a converter! That's very disappointing.

Never received my order – Never received my order. They never answer the phone nor respond to emails. Luckily I purchased through Paypal, still waiting for resolution from Paypal but I should be getting my money back. AVOID!

Excellent Company To Deal With – I purchase Motorola Moto G5 Plus (Fine Gold, 32GB, RAM 4GB) it was the cheaps price I could find. I ordered my phone on the 12/1/18 and it arrived on the 16/1/18 they said it would take 7 days, I was so surprise when it arrived early. I would deal with them again.

Worst company I've dealt with! – Ordered a phone and they sent the wrong one. They refuse to send the correct phone and are holding it hostage till they get the phone I have. I told them to get it picked up by the courier when he delivers the correct phone and they won't do it. They expect me to go out of my way to return it. Very stubborn and unprofessional.

A scam! – First and last time using Shopmonk to by a Xiomi Mi robot vacuum cleaner. Experience so far: 1. Ordered item on 18/10/2017 2. 4. On 3/11/ I was told by a customer service rep that there "has been an inadvertent delay in servicing the order which happens to be beyond our control. We are shipping the product by tomorrow and should reach you by 4 to 5 working days"

5. Asked again on 8/11 as the item had not shipped, was told "We are in the process of shipping your order and we expect it to reach you by the end of this week"

It is now 12/11 and still not received any item or tracking ID to inform me it has been posted.

Have just asked for a refund and will report them to my bank relevant consumer body if item is not delivered and/or refund not processed by Wednesday.

Have been told nothing but lies the whole time.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!

Excellent Company To Deal With – Was a bit skeptical buying my daughters new iPhone 8 through Shopmonk since it was $130 cheaper then any other suppliers, but what a surprise package they were. Excellent communication to let me know by text and email that the phone was on its way, next day DHL Couriers arrived with the phone wrapped solidly in bubble wrap to avoid any breakages. Would highly recommend this company to everyone

No phone and no contact – I bought and paid for a mobile phone from them. 2 weeks later email arrived to say they don't have stock. Checking their website showed they were still advertising the phone but for $80 more. No reply to email. Luckily paid for with paypal so can get money back.
