6, I received another consecutive charge without my authorization, communicating with them that I did not want the product and that I demanded that they refund my money, receiving a negative response that it could not be that I had chosen automatic charge, a whole vile lie, my luck. The thing is that I found out the same day about the fraudulent charge and managed to talk to my Bank so that they could cancel the payment. I edited out any personal information and have sent it to them numerous times. Apparently they can't open it. Surprisingly, they answered quickly. They said I could either return the 5 bottles for a full refund, or receive a 50% discount, and still keep all the bottles when they arrive. I chose the latter. They did refund A$160.00. After two months and 26 queries and responses, I still have not received even a tracking number. I cannot rate the quality, as I have received nothing. This is a total scam. I ordered just two and was charged for quadruple. They don't care. believe what is happening here. I demanded an immediate refund. But it seems your card company will only do a refund if you can prove the scam. And I didn't take a screenshot of the original order, nor the original checkout. The only thing I have is the final email. So I have no recourse. Possible Scam – I should have read the revues first. My credit card has been charged for more products than the free item advertised. It was only supposed to be the shipping cost. Scammed by Shoreline Supplements – Product not ordered, visa card warned me of a scam and cancelled my card and the transaction. Shoreline then somehow discovered my wifes Visa debit and charged it to that account. My mum saw these reviews and contacted the bank who said this is a known fraudulent company so they’ve had to cancel her card immediately.
