refused the job . Didn't even quote me, citing nonsense about not being able to match the colours. They told me to call the grout guys instead. To me they just weasled out of a job for reasons only they know. Very poor unprofessional response. They were either wrong then, or wrong now . If this is the way they operate , I say Stear clear of this company .

Dramatic scenario and over quoting. Rude quoter and we got another company at a fraction of cost to solve the problem – Had a quote done for our shower which was manifesting a small leak in the tiled wall about 1.3 metres away in the bathroom. carpenter and tiler and their doing waterproofing. He also got a quote for a new shower screen for $1000. (SHower screen was perfectly fine) Fellow was rude by cutting me off when asking a question. Total quote was over $7000 with many days obviously of work. We are older retirees and often find we get overquoted big time by tradespeople . So disappointing to see our fellow human beings behave like this. We got the local Megasealed in who did a re grouting and epoxying sealing etc. and the leak is gone. Cost $895 instead of $7K.

We had another company out to redo it all and found that the last workman left the silastic in the wall and just put a thin bead of binding material over it which is why it was leaking into the wall We paid a lot of money to have a bad job done Very disappointed with the workmanship now we are paying again Beware if you're looking to get yours done

Beware - do not use the company!!! – My showers are leaking so I had to have the shower floor and first row of tiles replaced. I needed both my showers done. The first tiler they sent used 40 floor tiles to tile the shower floor which originally only had 20 tiles. The bin was full of tiles that had been discarded. tiler was doing it). So now to the row of wall tiles, which I was told are a generic white and can be bought from anywhere. Well the tiler tiled them in a gloss when the rest of the wall is matt, this cost me an extra $150, not really sure why as the tiles where quoted in the quote. When I questioned it they credited me with $50 from the floor tiles I supplied. (Doesn’t quite add up). Well I was not happy with the gloss tiles so I sourced my own tiles and the company replaced them. A win you would think - but no. They sent a new tiler as I did not trust the other. It got tiled, I had a quick look and then went away for a few days. I received the invoice and paid it as I’m very prompt with my payments and obviously way to trusting. On my return I went to wipe of the excess grout as suggested by the company and to my dismay the row of tiles that they replaced are now sticking out 2 - 4mm from the rest of the wall. So the lipage between the bottom row and the rest of the wall is out of level. Now I can not get my frameless glass shower screen I had intended on getting and you can imagine the thickness of the silicone that is going to have to be used to fill the gap from the bottom tile to the top to make a shower screen even. OMG how ugly is that going to look. So I got in touch with the company to raise my concerns. Their first reaction was to bad. Then they decided to come and look, they still felt it was not a problem but definitely did not answer when I asked would your wife except this work. I have now lost trust in the tilers that they provide and said that I did not want them back in my house and would except monetary compensation. That was over a week ago. I have heard absolutely nothing from this company and now to have the job fixed properly I’m am going to have to remove all wall tiles and have it all re tiled. Make sure to ask lots of questions as they just want to get the job done and get their money. They have no care that they have devalued your house through their actions.

Shower and sinks look fresh – Shankar did an excellent job on my double sized shower floor. He went out of his way to explain everything carefully, was very polite and took great care with his work. As well as giving the shower a face lift he redid the silicone around bathroom basins and the laundry and kitchen sinks. I highly recommend him. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

Repealing shower – We have had a problem with our shower for some time and thankfully we discovered Shower Sealed to fix our problem instead of the expense of replacing the whole bathroom. The job done by Shanka was fantastic and we are so happy with the result. Thank you so much for your prompt response to our enquiry .

leaking in one corner ...They sent someone to come and look when we questioned the problem only to be then told the shower had obviously not been built properly and made lots of excuses as to why it was not their fault ...and they would not guarantee the leak Why were we not told the shower had problems when they first came for the inspection... Not after they they took our Money ??

Professional job – Very helpful and honest . We had an issue with our badly existing designed shower with water leaking everywhere and slippery tiles . The team fixed the problem and cannot wait to one day have them design us a brand new bathroom !

different colour grouting to the rest of the bathroom making it look mismatched, I phoned to discuss the issues and sent through multiple pics, No apology given and had to wait 3 more days to get it fixed, eventually fixed to below average standard with big concerns about the actual work performed, I don't recommend this company.

Very professional company – We had 2 leaking showers and decided to get them both fully redone with new hobs. The company kept us informed ever day about what time the tradies would be arriving next day and dealt with any questions promptly. The tradies were all polite and cleaned up after themselves. Our existing screens were able to be put back on and so were happy as the whole thing looks great.

Workmanship was reasonable – After a few visits it was revealed that it was wrongly diagnosed. However they were very nice about it and didn't charge me for it.

Fixed our Leaking Shower – ShowerSealed saved us thousands by fixing our leaking shower without having to remove our tiles. We thought we where going to have to spend thousands, but they came in, fixed the leak and left before we knew it, all for under $800.

Great management but poor quality of tiling – Inspection and quote estimation were great. Attention to details, taking time to explain the situation and making sure that all questions were answered. our opinion is the weakest point of this great company. We had a number of hiccups with the tiler. I'd like to give a credit to company's management who were very responsive to all concerns we raised. Despite all efforts and re-tiling of the shower the tiling job is far from being perfect.

Third part was grouting. Grouting both times was done well.

Tips for future renovators:

1. If you're not happy with any stage of renovation communicate it to management straight away. Finished product takes longer to fix and will be costly both to renovators and the business.

2. Make sure that all doors are closed when grouting happening. It will generate a lot of dust that is hard to clean up.

The face to face and the phone calls that were made ( and there were numerous calls before and after they completed the work ) was professional.

The shower now looks AMAZING and we have not experienced the shower leaking since.

Don't care about customers – Both the quote and repair attendance was way past their time frame and no a single call or apology. I complained and was told that most firms don't turn up so at least they did. Late happens but common courtesy would help!

Finally, tradies that do what they say they will, how they will, when they will & for how much they – We saw the signed van in our street & stopped old mate for a chat as he was leaving. exaggeration, a company that respects YOUR time! - shocked us too!)

Work was broken down to itemised costings and we were presented with 3 x options to consider.

We had questions on all 3 options but after patient answers from them, decided to go with the option that involved a full remodel of our shower. (of cause this was the dearest option but you get that!!)

Our scope of work required our old tiles to be ripped up, water sealing membrane applied, retiling of 1wall & floor, grouting of new tiles + regrouting of existing tiles. We had a carpenter / builder attend first to rebuild the wall & remove the tiles. A water proofing bloke applied a water proof membrane (no idea his trade), a tiler then a grouting guy. Everyone attended when they were meant to, were respectful to us and our dogs and CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. We recieved follow up calls after each workman - checking that we were happy with the work.

We are very happy, and have already booked them to fix the other leaking bathroom.

Very highly recommended as a service. Seriously, I feel like their Aunty / Nanna as I cannot speak highly enough of this mob, but they were terrific. Pleasure to have in the house.

Given we did not wish in the short term to spend thousands on renovations in removing tiles etc, we decided to go with Shower Sealed's solution of removing the shower screens and comprehensively resealing & treating the shower hobs and re-grouting the suspect wall tiles. His meticulous attention to sealing our difficult terracotta tiles in the downstairs shower, and carefully colour matching the sealant product to our upstairs shower tiles, was commendable.
