Very happy with the work performed the leaks are fixed and looks like a new shower the trades men's ship was very good Frank was the trades person he was outstanding,would recommend Frank and the company

the gentlemen who came was very helpful also clear everything up when his was finished fixes also the leaks everything done great services and also on the phone great help on phone to book someone to come out

Very disappointed in customer service in response to a query

Avoid at all cost! They are cheap for a reason. First time they did my shower it never dried as they didn't put enough hardener or any hardener at all. review and let me know. I didn't hear back after many days. Sent second email asking an update. No reply. The day our house was due for Settlement, the buyer was asking for the shower repair receipt. I called and they wouldn't let us speak to a manager. I had to make the full payment as Settlement needed to proceed.

Missed two calls from manager later and she sent a very unprofessional email. Basically her email sounded like it was my fault and what I should have done and not done. Full of excuses and very inappropriate commands. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

Stay away if you want a good job done. Pay the money and get real professionals to do the work.

The technician Cameron was extremely professional and very thorough. The job took a little longer than expected but he went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed. He cleaned up after himself and left both showers clean and looking fabulous, more importantly no more leaks! Thank you team!

Chris and Jim came and renovated 3 bathrooms for us over 3 days. We received excellent service. The job was spaced so we access to a bathroom over the 3 days. They did a spectacular job, they were on time, quietly and efficiently went about the job, they were tidy and cleaned up and took us through what has been done as they finished each room. The difference in the before and after look was pleasing. The job was very good value

I thought SRC did a professional job; however, my wife was not convinced. It's true, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Over all the tradie we had was efficient, friendly, cleaned up after himself and explained what he was going to do. The grout looks clean and tidy, just a few spots my wife got down on her knees to look at, which lacked that final correction. Very minor in my opinion. Thanks team. Show details

The regrouting and resealing of our ensuite was done on time and very professionally. Oscar was the technician and he was a very professional, pleasant man. He left the ensuite perfectly clean. Service was very good. Tradesman was punctual and put so much effort into doing a brilliant job. The old shower recess now looks fabulous.
