Great customer service, they explained really well how they will seal the shower and the technician was very professional, clean and tidy and they offer 25 years product warranty for their seal.

We had our shower re-sealed today (rental GoldCoast) & I was very impressed with Anthony from The Shower Repair Centre. I called the office to leave a review & was told he has been with the company for a long time, and it shows. Beware of this company as their follow up is appalling. Had an upstairs bathroom sealed and water once again leaked through to my downstairs area. As still under warranty have tried calling (left details to follow up)and have sent emails/photos etc all to no avail. Had it redone by another company who showed me in detail the shoddy workmanship (have photos).
Will of course take further but BE AWARE!

Had our main bathroom shower resealed on 2nd April 2021. No leaks now, cleaned up after themselves. Both the en-suite and main showers are now fully useable.

This company are very professional. We had two showers resealed, a few days apart, and both times their communication was excellent. The work carried out on my shower which required re-sealing and re-grouting was managed within an agreed timeframe. It was done efficiently and with courtesy and I was happy with the outcome. Judy

The company sent me 2 texts booking our regrout and sealing for 7:30am, the technician arrived at 9:00. Poorly done and finished off job and as others have mentioned, left bathroom dirty. When I called to ask for work to be redone and complained about lack of professionalism, the manager was dismissive, saying that the technician 'could have slept in' and the time was 'just approximate'. The matter is now with fair trading. I wouldn't recommend this company and wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Terrible experience with this company. We originally booked to have our shower re-grouted and caulking. They have scratched and chipped our black bathroom tiles. We had to get the tradesman back the next day as the silicon on the showering glass started gapping within 10 minutes of him leaving. The work was messy and looked like a home job. Second attempt made no difference, our shower was still leaking. After organising a third time for them to come out and waiting for a month, we received a text message cancelling 40 minutes before they were due to arrive. Terrible company.

Failed to provide any follow up service to a badly done job. Will not return calls after I was told the manager will respond. Don’t waste your time or money, beyond disappointing and don’t deserve any star rating.

The company that originally installed my bathroom in a new granny flat did a terrible job and the shower water was going under the tiles and spilling out through the door causing water damage in the doorframe and floor. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to fix but the Shower Repair Centre made is so easy and fast! My shower was retiled and sealed and the whole process only took 4 days. The trade was polite and tidy. I am really pleased with the result and I highly recommend this company.

We've had a very disappointing two year experience with The Shower Repair Centre. The waterproofing of our showers had problems after 6 months and after requesting to have them come out and fix it per the 25 year warranty, they have avoided our emails/calls and to come out and fix it. They had claimed that we used the bathroom within 24 hours as opposed to letting it dry. We have 3 bathrooms in our house, why would we need to use the one repaired? And we actually waited 72 hours before using the bathroom. Be warned as they make excuses to avoid...

The Shower Repair Centre was less than half the cost of the other mob and far more sensible in their solution. Their "tradesperson" was polite, thorough and obviously very competent. A very satisfied customer

Stewart was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the problem, dealt with it, was courteous, polite and left the ensuite perfectly clean. He was totally prepared for the job. A very professional operator.
