Signature Floors

False and deceptive advertising. We purchased Mainland wool berber in July 2019. The carpet is advertised as being insect resistant for 10 years. We noticed a lot of moth damage and contacted the store Eltham Carpet One who are now Eltham Flooring Xtra who organised an inspection by Signature Floors. Inspector came out to have a look but I cannot get a response from either the store or Signature Floors. This has been going on since February. Obviously, I will be taking this further but want to warn others. We spent a lot of money on the wool carpet and both product and customer service is substandard.
