We have had this mattress for less than five years. It’s absolutely rubbish. It’s all sagged and gives us back pain. The material has also pilled. We bought from Forty Winks in Fortitude Valley. Do not buy this mattress. We have had it four years and have finally determined that all the back and hip pain we have been experiencing is from this mattress. Whenever we go away and sleep in other beds that are firmer and come back to our own, we are in pain the next morning. Worst mattress on the planet. 2 years in and we have incredible sagging, my back is pain every morning when I wake up. turning towards the middle of the mattress seem like climbing up a slope. We had lodge a complaint with the manufacturer, Sleepeeze. To get the warranty process started, we had to take multiple photos with the bubble leveler to meet their criteria of sagging! Sleepeeze sent their technician out to sleep on our mattress to confirm the fault and arrange to take the mattress away for repair, the repair worked for less then a year, we put off getting the mattress looked at for another year as it was a hassle to be without a mattress during time it was at their workshop. Finally when we could not bear the issue, we contacted them to arrange for another warranty review. Lo and behold, this time even with all the photos and the bubble leveler showing sagging, the refuse to accept that there was a sagging issue with the mattress and refused of claim.

NEVER AGAIN. Please be aware that the mattress may feel nice and suit you at the shops but it is the testimony of how good a mattress is by the longevity of the mattress and the warranty that comes with it. BUYERS BEWARE. Sleepeeze will ask for payment to fix a warranty issue.

Very uncomfortable - would not recommend – Mattress is lumpy and sinks instead of supporting the spine. The surface material sticks to the body, making it hot and very hard to move around - takes a lot of effort to change position. very different to the one I tried in the store. The 90 day comfort guarantee apparently only guarantees paperwork and a review! Buy a mattress from a manufacturer that guarantees a full refund - don’t fall for the retail sales pitch like I did! Trying a mattress in a showroom is not the same as sleeping on it overnight.

having problems with a crappy old mattress that had sagging. I sleep on my tummy or my back. It definitely didn’t feel as comfortable as it had done at the store, so I began sleeping on my side.

I followed the care instructions, rotating the bed every week for 4 months. I continued to do this after the four month period. I also sleep in the middle when it’s just me. There are big dips/sagging in the bed where we have been sleeping. I have been having back problems from about week 8 since I brought it home. I wake up sore and in pain. Biggest waste of money. Definitely not durable, quite saddened it’s not what I’d hoped for. I would be better off with a good ol’ spring mattress. Disappointed in the promotion, if I didn’t like it within the 60 day period (I believe it was 60 or 90 days) I can swap it for another mattress. The salesman did not mention to me that I could only swap it for another bellagio, whether it be up or down in firmness. I’d have to pay the difference if going up, and I wouldn’t get any refund by downgrading.

Save your pennies, unless you like the dips then by all means this is the bed for you.

It's been rotated regularly but the sagging has gotten worse. I've emailed the store to see if there is any compensation but we anticipate purchasing another mattress to replace it after less than 2 years with the Bellagio.

for this Belaggio matress purchased from Harvey Norman. After two weeks, sent it back to AH Beard, who charged another $500 to make the mattress "firmer". When returned, no difference, since too soft after a couple weeks with sagging, and uncomfortably hot. We had the mattress removed and moved onto to yet another Australia made mattress! Still searching for a good and reliable mattress with honest reviews available. We are constantly amazed at "new" named mattresses having no reviews or 1 or 2 reviews, the source of which has to be questioned! Good luck!

Best investment ever – Best sleep ever and waking up feeling refreshed with no pain or aches. night of sleeping on it we both knew we had made a huge mistake. The mattress is very soft i will give it that. It's comfy to sit on. When you first lie down it is comfy for a few minutes. The problem comes with the back support. The mattress sags SO MUCH that it is actually laughable. Your hips sag into the middle of the mattress. Your body is in this weird angle the whole night. Since you are subtly falling into the middle all night, your back feels tense in the morning because it has been subtly trying to hold you up all night. Keep in mind i am a fit 31 year old man and my GF is 28. We don't have any physical issues, and the mattress gives us both an uncomfortable back in the morning.

Also, since your shoulders sag into the mattress easily, it creates this scenario where your arm looses blood flow because they are lying across an uneven surface (because your weight creates such a big dip/hole in the mattress).

Do you like watching movies on the laptop while lying down on your stomach? Forget that, unless you want to sit in a position bent like a taco for the whole movie. Your spine bends backwards too much because your hips sag so far down. Also, your elbows create these chasms in the mattress.

We were super upset that we invested so much money in it. The mattress in the store didn't seem to sag as much. Forty Winks offer an 90-day exchange with other Silent Partner models so we are waiting for a new mattress to get delivered. Wish we never invested in this brand though. Feeling very stupid for this decision. Could've used the 3 grand on something way better, like a new computer or a car. I wish we read reviews before purchasing something so expensive. The mattress retail industry is very flawed in this way, you cannot truly know how your body will react to a mattress until you actually sleep on it for a night. There's no way to truly test a mattress by just lying on it for 2 minutes in a shop with clothes on. There really needs to be more buyer protection.

comfortable, has great edge support and I no longer wake up with pain in my back. I find it quite interesting when people mention about beds losing shape! In my opinion, if you sleep in the one spot over and over on any mattress, just like a couch, the foam shape will change over time, it's inevitable! My opinion is that I love it and I don't regret my purchase at all! Everyone is different so trust your own instinct!

to my legs. I had no such issue before but various aspects of discomfort are now occurring. To check, I switched to sleeping in my guest bed. The issues have gone away. I'm an athletic person, normal BMI, train regularly. I'm perplexed.

So for me, this mattress doesn't suit. Maybe it's just me, Maybe it's because I'm a side sleeper. Others may fare much better. It's certainly a quality product which I'm sure will suit many.
