found myself in a big dip hole and I have to shift to another side of the mattress at night. I invested in a premium mattress so I can improve my quality sleep but instead I have most of the time sleepless disrupted nights and sore back. I am very disappointed.

Strong Smell – Strong smell, not sure what is this from, may be the use of rubber and glue. It has lasted over a week since we received the mattress, We still have to sleep on our old mattress for this week due to the smell. Show details

Lower back issues – Since we bought this medium mattress I have had a sore lower back & I find it hard to get comfortable & go to sleep. My partner mostly sleeps on her stomach & is fine but it’s terrible for me. We can’t exchange or return, so looks I have to put up with it. It cost us what we consider a fair amount of money. actually feel the springs. If I sleep on my back my lower back ends up sore because it feels like there is a dip already and this from rotating the mattress weekly. At least koala offer a return as I bought from beds n dreams I’m stuck with this lemon of a mattress. I also felt mislead by the sales rep, I was told that the medium was not in stock and it would take 3 weeks to order it in. I did mention that online I thought it said 7 to 10 days to deliver to my address and she said no it would be 3 weeks. I’ve checked again and it definitely doesn’t say 3 weeks. I also just checked the mattress online and the store charged me 2819.00 online the mattress is 2579.00 … disgusting that I was overcharged $250 more!

Updated, to fix the firmness issue I used a cheap underlay which worked well in winter but was getting too hot so I removed it. I was pleasantly surprised that after 6 months the mattress no longer felt rock hard where my shoulders are so I think this one just takes longer than 3 months to soften up a bit. It’s more medium firm now rather than rock hard so perfect….we’ll so I thought after 1 month pain again in my shoulders and the indentation on the mattress is ridiculous. What a nightmare of a mattress.

Lovely mattress – This is a lovely mattress. I choose the cooling mattress as I am a hot sleeper. The only thing I wish is that the mattress was a little softer on the pillowtop. I feel it is a little too firm for my liking. I was concerned that the soft would be too soft and leave body indentations something I absolutely hate in mattresses. Show details ·  1

An excellent mattress – This is an excellent mattress. It isolates individual sleepers well and is very comfortable too. The only negative I have is that the mattress is very heavy, making it difficult to change fitted sheets. It is currently being used on a timber bed frame, which exacerbates the weight issue. Not the comfiest – We got the medium and it is soft and both sides sink in. I sleep in the middle on the firmer Ridge when my partner works night shift. Can’t wait to go to bed each night – This is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on .. It is so comfortable and soft yet supportive at the same time .. it is extremely heavy and more difficult to rotate but I expect that is due to the high number of springs and quality build .. Lovely cool mattress – If you're going to spend 1/3 of your life lying down it's worth investing in a great mattress. This is the best I've found. It is blissful to lie on and I sincerely wish I could spend more time there. It is lovely to have a cool mattress, even in winter, I love being able to find a cool place to put my aching knee. Great mattress – I am very happy with the quality and comfort of this mattress. I previously always had a sore neck from my old mattress and tossed and turned a lot to get comfortable. Very comfortable. Almost zero disturbance from partner's movement – This mattress is so comfortable! My partner and I typically sleep on 'medium' matresses, but we went the plush with Onyx and after a month it's proven the right choice. It is definitely firmer than most brands 'plush' range. The new mattress smell went away after a few days. It is heavy, but not too heavy for me to spin by myself. You will need extra deep sheets - which can be pricey. Show details ·  1

Awesome mattress that has improved our sleep! – We love this mattress! It has been a game-changer for us as I toss and turn a lot and it no longer keeps my partner awake. The support has been excellent for both of us as we both have injuries (back and neck) and have noticed that we no longer ache when we get out of bed. No honesty at all.The end of the story they told me to sell the matress online. O..no I did researched and I can only sell second hand matress for 300 dollar. While I bought it 1700 including delivery. If i go with investigation then they will ask for a fee. It just not worthed. It just like dealing with liar.. you dont know whether they tell the truth

Great Mattress – Excellent comfort and support. It took a while for the smells associated with a new mattress to fade, but it was worth the wait! My only issue is that it is virtually impossible to buy the required 50cm depth sheets to fit a double mattress. I have to use the standard 40cm fitted sheet which is tight to say the least. Changed the way we sleep - and wake up! – After a lot of research we tried the Silent Night Onyx mattress. We’d read how good it was but tried to be impartial and had tried maybe 20 - 30 other mattresses. As soon as we laid on this one we knew it was the one, absolutely zero doubt from either of us. MATTRESS IS NOT COMFORTABLE.. NOT FOR HOT SLEEPERS – Have waited for two weeks to submit this review to have a more accurate one. Bed is quite hot and the supposed cooling topper is very slippery causing the mattress protector and bottom sheet to move around under you. than a medium mattress should be. Sleep quality is very poor due to firmness and sheet moving around. Customer care were very help full giving me a comfort swap. The new mattress is softer but still very hot. The icetech top is useless when you have to fit a mattress protector. This bed is not for a hot sleeper. Also after only a few days there are quite large body indentations in it. Do not buy get poor value for money. The store doesn't want to no you if you have problems.
