This is a very efficient plumbing company. The service was quick, professional and exactly what was advertised. I had Nadal and an apprentice, Jonathan, attend from this company and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both were very professional, friendly, polite and efficient. Rented a flat with no water inlet for a washer/dryer. The landlords got a quote from a different set of plumbers and were told that it was not possible. Follow-up · The heat pump is going well after two years. The hot water is just as good and the noise is the same as a normal air-conditioner. It only turns on for 2 hours a day as fhe heat is retained. The energy saving is about 5 per cent. The unit looks space age, so it looks a lot better than the traditional hot water tank.
Great service provided that was fast on time and knowledgeable. The issue was identified quickly and a plan immediately given to me to rectify the problem with a quote provided. Follow-up · There was a follow up required and the technician has found a larger problem after we initially thought the issue was solved. The technician still fixed the problem for that day and gave us advice regarding the larger problem.

on pipework instead of new material and had pipework tapped directly from mains water meter and gas meters. Some of the pipework has gaps to wall >20mm which I think is not exactly to code. They also cracked my brickwork in the process and installed equipment a bit further out than the agreed-upon scope. I also had to carry out the waste material myself.
For these reasons, I cannot give them 5 stars.
However, they were okay for price (considering they have “plumbing” in their name, you know it’s never cheap as chips). They were higher than other quotes, but you are far better off with this mob than 2-3 star scammers that won’t even come out to greet you nor provide you a written quote. Silverwater Plumbing, Ryan, Rizky and the team have it all under control and at least provide fair job expectations and listen to what you want done.

Found the source of the stench – Good service. I had a mystery smell in my 1930s/40s cottage that I suspected was a cracked sewer pipe under the house. house, fully accessible above ground that had, before the previous owners renovated about 2 yrs ago, been the waste for the kitchen. Now it only serviced the laundry but there was about 80yrs of grease build up. He quoted $500-600. Chunks of dirty white grease the size of bowling balls came out. The smell was unholy.
He wet vacced it all out and got it running freely again. He offered to quote to make the drain compliant (apparently it needs a lip on it) but we are renovating soon so I figured we’ll manage that then.
Happy with the service. It was money well spent.
The smell was so strong I had to douse the patio near the drain in hot water about 10 times and scrub with detergent etc to get it to go away but now I can’t smell anything.

Worth keeping in mind when reading reviews that some plumbers from this company may be incentivised for 5-star ratings.
Silverwater Plumbing service rego number SWP 009 on 4/4/25 at 3.20pm overtakes on the left hand lane victoria road and cuts other motorists off , then is doing 80 kmh in a school 40 zone Macarthur Street Parramatta . I hope he is a better plumber than a driver , if he continues to break road rules he will be in trouble.
Tap washers – Plumber arrived on Thursday morning to change a tap washer. Not a big job, but something I've never been very good at. The cost was $413.50. Update: Taps started leaking again. Had the washers replaced by another Plumber. Cost $200.00. Good, quick job, and there was no pressure to purchase new taps as with Silverwater.
