I cannot remember the last time I felt 100 x 10% satisfaction with an online purchasing experience. Simple style co was incredible. is amazing quality. It’s soft and thick and the colouring is so nice. I wanted a rug which would be pet and child friendly in its colouring while still being light enough but having some depth to it and this rug hit that mark. It’s already had its first spill on it and it cleaned up perfectly fine. The Simple Style Co customer service was amazing. I’m so happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend purchasing through Simple Style Co!

Horrible company to deal with. Rugs aren’t as pictured but they want you to pay $70 shipping for returns plus a restocking fee. Stay away from this company they’ll waste your time and money.

Update 15th May 2025. The rug arrived yesterday and is so beautiful. The textured patterning, the softness underfoot when I walk on it, the uplift it gives to the home, it's everything I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased!! I'll complete the review once I've received the rug I ordered (which I'm sure will be amazing as well!).
So, I've been eyeing off an absolutely beautiful rug for my home and finally decided to go ahead and order it. However, as I've recently moved, my old address was still in the app I use for ordering. I reached out as soon as I discovered my silly mistake and despite the rug already having been shipped, the staff member (thank you Rebekah!!) advised that they contacted the courier directly and organised for it to be re-routed to my new address. I consider this to be brilliant customer care and I cannot wait for the rug to arrive and flesh out my home. And I can't wait to complete this review.

Terrible service. Terrible quality – Terrible service. Terrible rug quality. Hugely regret purchasing from this store. Rug continually sheds fibres and creates lots of dust and dirt in the home. Style Co. They tried to play it off as normal and claimed that all jute rugs are naturally prone to shedding, however, there is NO mention of this on their website or product description. If excessive shedding is to be expected - then you should be upfront about it and share this information transparently in the product description. I’ve owned jute rugs before and had no issues. Light shedding for short periods of time is understandable and acceptable but this is not the case. Shedding is non-stop and what was purchased to be a low maintenance rug has turned out to be high maintenance. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place. It’s one thing to sell a faulty / inferior product and take accountability when issues are identified. It’s another when they blame the customer, play it off as completely normal and refuse to rectify.

Poor Outdoor Rug Quality – We purchased an outdoor rug from Simple Style Co in November 2023. The rug initially looked great, unfortunately after 3 months outside, it has started to seriously deteriorate. We have contacted Simple Style Co who said there was no warranty on rugs because rugs naturally undergo wear and tear and because the lifespan of a rug can vary depending… Read more

All fair comments, however you would still expect an outdoor rug to last a bit more than 3 months, especially for a family of 3 and what we consider normal usage of the rug. We can't recommend this company or the products they sell online for that reason and for the impersonal email we received when we raised our concern.
