Under promised, over delivered – Hunted online for a particular shoe. They had it in stock at the best available price. My online order was followed up with a phone call from Sims. They estimated I'd receive the product on the Friday. Got in early Friday morning. They had even thrown in a complimentary pair of socks. Australia Post carried out the delivery and also kept me accurately advised about delivery. Would definitely buy from Sims again if they stock a product I want. Show details

These guys are great! – I had a few issues with sizing, but they were prompt in receiving the return and shipping out the correct shoe size in a matter of two days or so. Amazing service, even threw in a pair of free socks and free shipping returns for an sizing error that occurred. Love my new shoes, and the fact that they were $50 cheaper than other retailers. Won't be buying my trainers anywhere else from now on! Thanks guys
