Accounts – Buying data is like Pulling teeth Then if u pay for extra an don’t use it ur paying for nothing. Does anyone actually work in the call centre? – I placed an order yesterday for an NBN service but I've been unable to contact them to discuss my application. I've called numerous times but always on hold for at least 10 minutes, sent an email but still no reply and even used their callback service but still nothing. If their NBN service is as poor as their customer service, I'm cancelling my order!  Show details
