Hi I tried to find some flights from Sydney to paris. Found some good flights via trip.com. tried to pay but was blocked. Was returned to Skyscanner to just find that the flight once of a sudden had gone up by 200 dollars per person. Searched on other device to once again get offered the same cheaper rate to get denied at payment and again here get a rate 200 higher once returned to Skyscanner. How can I actually lock I this rate and physically pay?

I am travelling to Beijing from Brisbane via Hong Kong. When i arrive in Hong Kong do i have to go through customs or do i just go through to the Transit Lounge and wait for my connecting flight to Beijing
Hi Ken, I am not really sure about Hong Kong and Beijing. Usually you go strait to the transit lounge and wait for your connecting flight. I am sure, that they make an announcement before landing in Hong Kong and also show an video which walks you trough the airport to the Transit Lounge. You can also send an email to Skyscanner or give them a Call. They are usually very helpful and answer you in no time. I hope I could help NatoHi Ken! You will go through security then to the transit lounge to wait for your connecting flight.

Before you decide to book you will be redirected to the website of the organisation selling that flight. They will display the flights T&C including the change policy before payment. I have used Skyscanner to find flights to singapore. On accepting the flight I have booked through trip.com. I am not happy at all with trip.com and wonder if I have been confused when booking. Do you refer to trip.com ? Regards sue

Then either refer you to their website to complete the booking, or in some cases, like with Trip.com the booking can continue on the Skyscanner site - however you have booked your flights with Trip.com. Theoretically you are covered by Australian Consumer law but this company are operating from China so it will be difficult to get an acceptable or practical remedy from them. I am saying this from experience as a friend had immense difficulties with this company refusing to alter a flight and refusing to correct names that they entered incorrectly into a booking.
