I am looking at flying from Adelaide to Paris in August and returning in September. Want to do economy on the Adelaide to Singapore with Singapore Airlines and the Premium Economy with Finnair to Paris. Few minutes ago i just wrongly purchase 2 one way tickets from Sydney to Perth on Sept 5, 2021 and my eSky booking number is 7796980961. Actually we want to buy two round trip tickets and departure date from Sydney is Sept 5, 2021 by Jetstar etd 19:55 and eta 22:55 while the return flight back from Perth is on Sept 12 by Qantas etd is 16:30 and eta is 22:30. If you book a flight via skyscanner - with skyscanner as agency you need to organise the refund with skyscanner directly and not the airline, correct? I was just on hold for over 1.5 hrs to customer service and still didnt get through! Would be great if they get extra people on the phones and communicate about refund and not just email with a cancellation!

Hi, due to Covid I’m unable to use my flight I had booked for April. The Western Australian govt has banned unessential travel till June 30. I booked through Skyscanner in January and have tried to get in touch with Tavel2be and travelgenio to change the flight. There is no email address or phone number that can help. I’m not after a refund just flight change. I hope someone can help me.. the airline Qantas will not assist as it was booked through a third party through Skyscanner.

My wife booked flights 5 months ago through skyscanner but doesn’t know what company was used to make booking. She has been trying to contact someone in regards to cancelling or postponing trip (which is today actually Kalgoorlie-Melbourne return) due to the Covid 19 and only essential travel allowed here as borders are closing etc. Who can she contact in view of this...
What happens if she does not go...Will she still receive a refund or credit seeing as she has been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone.
It is a Virgin Australia domestic flight.
.Would appreciate some kind of solution to this problem

To find out the company she booked with, we recommend looking at your internet browsing history, searching for the booking in her email (sometimes searching for the airline or airport codes reveals results), or checking the bank statement. This will usually reveal who the booking was made with. - Chantae
