sags in the middle. Not a huge sag, but just enough that it affects my posture and my back is not happy. I thought it was something else at first, like my computer chair, but being away and then coming home and it happening straight away, I knew it was the mattress. It fails to provide the most basic support around your waist (WORSE if you're a woman and have hips!) and doesn't allow heavy areas like hips and shoulders to be absorbed, so the result is a sagging hole that curves your spine and has lead to quite significant hip and sciatic pain for me, as well as tight and sore upper and lower back. I contacted Sleepy's, where I purchased it, and I've just missed the 60 Day Comfort Guarantee – and contrary to the Sleepy's staff member's advice, "flipping the mattress" has not made it better. I had though for the past month that maybe it was just me, that the problem was I was out of whack or not moving enough. After laying on our 17 year old latex foam queen bed I realise it's not me at all – this mattress is just plain awful and unfit for purpose. So looks like I'm stuck with this. I now have a combined total of $2500 in useless mattresses that are creating problems I did not have before. HOW CAN THIS BE ENDORSED BY CHIROPRACTORS?! It's frankly astounding. Obviously none of them slept on one. I am so EFFING ANGRY! Less than 3 months old!!! I am going to follow up with the warranty but by the sounds of other reviews here, it might be a waste of time (and my hard earned money).

Worst Mattress Ever, have more issues now than before! – I never had back problems until we bought this mattress. Got it for my partner as he has back issues and we're convinced into purchasing. we would have found that 80% of purchasers reviewed it as "terrible"and 100% of the remaining reviews had only purchased the mattress within a few weeks, therefore no time for the deterioration to take effect. We, like 100% of the buyers that have tested the mattress for more than a few months, have debilitating lower back and hip pain which is being treated by a chiropractor and big contributions to drug companies for pain relief. The poor manufacturing causes the bed to sag at both sides, with a hump in the middle. Great for those couples going through pre separation as it certainly ensures you will stay that way. We long for the days of sleeping on our second hand, 20 y/old mattress, we thought was due for replacing. We note this bed is now discontinued which suggests the manufacturer can't bare any more damage to their reputation. We look forward to a refund of our hard earned cash and survive with hard learned lessons with a reminder of "Caveat emptor" ..(BUYER BEWARE)

BEST NIGHTS SLEEP EVER – Just received my mattress last week, first night sleeping on it, I went to bed at 9:30 pm and didn't wake up till 5:30 am the next morning. I have been sleeping on a older mattress for a while and I used to suffer from numbness in my arm and fingers regularly. Since my new mattress, no numbness. Didn't know a mattress could be so comfortable! – Mattress is very comfortable and supportive - far better than our previous one. Neck and back issues seem to be about the same as previously but certainly more comfortable to lie on. Sleeping better since this new mattress which seems to encompass my body. Very snuggly. still being soft and comfortable. I am waking in the morning now without any back pain after having a good nights rest. While being an excellent mattress for my back problem, I have also found that even thought my Chiro is a king size mattress, it is not a heavy mattress, and as a result lifting the mattress for turning and changing bedding has become much easier.

sent photos and they said the sag I’m experiencing is normal body contouring. This is just the manufacturers way of pieing off a problem of rolling together into a dip or sleeping wonky and waking up with a broken back. Well I don’t want a sagging body contouring mattress!! We’ve treated this mattress as should by rotating it, sleeping in the middle and on the edges bla bla bla but now 9 months after purchasing it’s giving me such bad lower back pain. Warning this is a faulty product – My partner and I purchased a king size pillow top sleep maker mattress in 2016. Within 3 months it was sagging on both sides with a lump in between us. We had to do the broom test taking photos to show the sagging. After numerous contact with the warranties department we had it replaced. Do not buy this mattress – This mattress gets so hot, I never get a full nights sleep. It is like the mattress has its own built in electric blanket that runs on the highest setting and it never turns off. Don't waste your money on this mattress. quality mattress, given the amount of comments on this site. They most likely paid for the CCA endorsement. This in "NOT" a fine mattress company, as they include a disclaimer as part of the warranty claim process that sagging of the mattress is normal. This should be disclosed to the purchaser at point of sale, and hence could be construed as deceptive behaviour. Please note that I only weigh 74kg's.

Getting out was a struggle and lifting my legs to rock myself was the only way to get out of the dip.

Worst thing was last year it caused severe tension in my back muscles and they spasmed badly causing severe disk pain, 8 weeks later and have recovered and I now sleep on a hard floor with funnily enough no more back pain or neck pain in the morning, my wife has suffered the same the last year as well and finally she was convinced to get a nice new firm mattress and it's fantastic.

These crappy mattresses should have been recalled as I am sure there are 1000s more like this which are just sold on to the next sucker...

went to the Sleepys store at Mile end where they helped us fill out an online complaint form. We were emailed with requests for numerous photos to support our claim which we supplied immediately. A customer Service person contacted us via email and organised for the mattress to be picked up for inspection and a loan mattress was provided. We received an inspection report and a number of areas were replaced on the mattress which was returned to us approx. 1 month later. So far so good. Thanks Sleepys for your good customer service!

Mattress dips – Both sides of the mattress dip, most uncomfortable mattress we have had. Doesn't quite make the 3.5cm dip yet, but the sag is very apparent once two bodies are on there- the springs simply aren't strong enough to support your weight. A lemon! – Bought this mattress from Sleepy's 1 year ago with a 10 year warranty. Matress is sagging on both sides Now have back and hip pain. Worst mattress I have ever bought. Would not buy from Sleepy's again. Cost me $2000 and they say that the manufacturer may "fix" it under warranty. Don't want a fix, I want my money back!!!!

Mattress dipping in the middle after 6 months – Very disappointed by this mattress. I have had a Queen Chiro Align 300 for 6 months and already sagging in the middle, giving me pain in my back and hips. Would never purchase a sleepmaker again!

I now wake up feeling stiff and sore – I purchased this bed around 2 years ago and it was great to start with. The pillow top the started to compress and now it fells like there is a small mountain between us! We regularly rotated the mattress and are not extremely large people, I only weigh 80kg. I expected a lot better life from this product, it was not a budget purchase.

Crap! – Had nothing but problems with the sleepmaker back support king vista mattress. Created big dips in it and did not help the back at all, a $5000 mattress from Myer shouldn't sag after 3 years ... Waste of money!

It's pillow top gets so hot it's like sleeping on a hot plate. Really hot, not just warm, and it may seem like okay, just take off some blankets, but the hot surface of the bed doesn't extend around your body so the top of my body gets cold while the parts of me in contact with the mattress are burning hot. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch that says oh the latex and foam are specially made to not get hot. They get HOT. If you sleep warm, this mattress will roast you. The pillow top padding shapes into a groove around your body so that if you want to roll over or sleep on your tummy, it will fight you and you end up being rolled back into your original groove. Sleeping on my side is uncomfortable as the padding constricts my arms and knees from extending in front of my body. Despite the chiropractic endorsement, there is NO mid-back support or the mythical three comfort zones to cradle hips and shoulders, so I still get back pain and shoulder pain from the mattress just sagging into the lowest point around my hips. The pillow top padding is shaped like a dome so that my pillow works its way off the bed and I wake up with hardly any pillow under my head and now I get headaches from neck tension. My advice to anyone looking to purchase these mattresses is DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. They are not fit for purpose. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now as I'm stuck with this hideous bed. Also, the mattress is so high that normal fitted sheets come off it and with the matching slat base, the whole bed is so high that I can't sit on the bed, I have to jump up onto it. I'm totally disgusted with this mattress. If I hadn't spent thousands of dollars on it, I'd take it to the tip today. Irony is, now I have to see a chiropractor twice a month for my back problems. Maybe that's why CAA endorses them... Nothing! Pillow top latex/foam padding gets extremely hot, pillow top does not respond to changes in sleeping position, pillow top dome shape pushed pillow off bed, mattress thicker than normal requiring special sheets, zero support for spine and neck.

custumer service they didnt call me and tell me that my mattress arived or the base that i bought from floor stock wasnt cleaned i called them the day before the delivery at night and they told me that my bed wont be coming the next day i was very upset as i payed the money and no one bothered calling me or telling me that it wouldnt be coming the next day. I have sold my other bed and the man was picking it up the same day as delivery of my new bed so i told them they have to find a way as it wasnt my fault that this has happend in the first place. The sales girl was nice enough to organise a family member to drop it of for me the next day as if i didnt get the bed i would have nothing to sleep on. When i receiver my new mattress they also gave me a new base as the other one wasnt cleaned like it was promiced. This new base was faulty only 3 feet out of 8 would screw in by that time i was cranky that i payed all this money and have got no communication in return or good product of the base. The manager made it very nice and clear that she is intrested in the money more then in custumer sutisfaction by calling me and telling me that i didnt need a new base they will clean the other one i was supposed to get to replace this new faulty one as i asked for a new one because of all of this stuffing around. I have no trust in them as they say things then dont do them. On top of that she started telling how much all this is going to cost with delivery like it was my fault in thr first place that they cant communicate or check what they are selling. Poor service from the manager wouldnt recomend to go there to any one. The brand it self is great just a shame that the base was faulty now i am waiting to get the other base cleaned and delivered to me. I think i would of been happier going some where else and buying this brand and getting better service for my money.

returns/exchange policy (up to 60 days) so I exchanged the first mattress for a Sleepmaker Chiropractic 300 with pillowtop.

With this mattress, sometimes I sleep really well and wake with no backpain and sometimes I wake up sore and in pain.

I think it has partly to do with finding the right "zones" along the length of the mattress to position yourself in (as advised by the Sleepys staff).

Overall, I have not been too impressed with the Sleepmaker "Chiropractic" range and next time will look elsewhere.

Sleepys though ... as a mattress retailer, I am quite happy to recommend.

Got Back Pain From This Matress – Recently we bought the sleepmaker chro support300 matress. It cost over 1000 dollars. We thought it will be a nice comfortable matress. The sale expert recommand it, too. Turned out I got up with lower back pain every morning. My husband only effected a bit cause he sleep on the side. The matress sink.
