Sleepy Panda Mattress is by far superior to the replacement much more expensive big brand mattress. Extremely comfortable, supportive and sturdy. Quality seems very high and have no doubts this will last me longer than the previous mattresses that I purchased. I highly recommend this mattress.

Mattress was great for 6 months, then become compressed by Sinking down just under 3.5cm, no mention of this matter in any of their advertising. Needs to compress 5cm or more for warranty and then because it has been slept on warranty will be void as they claim it is wear and tear. We kept turning the mattress to try even the sinking and to also alleviate the discomfort. My wife has scoliosis of the spine and now is constantly having her back/spine twist and need readjustment/assistance via chiro. I have compressed nerves in my shoulders and carpal tunnel in my hands and this mattress helped perfectly for 6 months till it lost its cushioning. Another major point is it has formed a wave shape so on either end where I and my wife sleep are sunken and the centre of the mattress has a big enough rise/peak that we can’t even get close for cuddle, as it’s just not possible. Attempted to contact sleepy panda and there responses were below poor and the phone number listed is non contactable nor connected so you can imagine the frustration of after one response from sleepy panda once they have said their piece, you have no recourse to attempt to try settle the matter other than going to fair trading and or keep sending email after email in the hope that they may respond. They did offer a discount on a new purchase however why would I buy another mattress that will only not do what they state this mattress will do. The warranty is ten years however if you sleep on the mattress that becomes wear and tear and in their opinion voids the warranty. They only mention that there mattresses actually have this fault in the warranty section of there web page however they through testing have worked out that it won’t sink past 5 cm thus making our cases harder especially when they disregard our emails and atop responding. I will continue to fight this even if it costs us thousands of dollars in the cause of not allowing companies like like to rip off hard working Australians, and feel that they can get away with such actions and behaviours. The aust consumer laws are there yo protect us from this exact kind of companies.

Its ok..not exceptional – Reasonably comfortable..would have liked it a bit firmer..bought of catch of the day at a discounted price. I own a competitor brand and the other mattress is by far more superior. told me that because I did not buy the mattress directly from them, they cannot help me at all and in particular, the 100 day return policy does not apply to me and that I should contact Groupon.

I contacted Groupon and sent them photos clearly showing the poor shape of the mattress and the areas where the mattress has sagged (where we are sleeping). They finally came back to me and told me that "the merchant" (i.e. Sleepy Panda) has told them that because I have already used the mattress for two months, for "hygiene reasons", I cannot return the mattress. I then asked them whether the ten year warranty (as advertised with the product on Groupon's website) does not apply to me. Their responses was (and this is laughable):

"Please be advised that the 10 year warranty applies only when the Mattress is not used and contacted us as soon as you have received the item."

Not recommended!!!

thought sounded like a bit of a contradiction - but it's true! The mattress is a bit more firm than a typical medium, but that firmness is created by a combination of squishy layers which means you still feel like youre on a marshmallow... It's just a nice supportive marshmallow. The edges do collapse if you sit down really hard right on the edge but it's not a bad thing. It doesn't affect the support when youre lying on it, even if you lay on the very edge you feel supported and don't roll off or anything.

Youtube shows a video of someone jumping on the mattress with a glass of red wine at the end - i haven't done this specifically but the other side of the bed doesn't move when you jump on one end so the video appears to be accurate!

I am going to my chiropractor less often now because the mattress is definitely helping me stay aligned for longer. I'm 60kg, partner is 70kg.

Worth it. I haven't ever had a luxury or expensive mattress but this feels like its worth a lot more than $379.

annual leave days off work but the mattress never arrived. Absolutely ridiculous! Luckily my credit card provider was able to get my money back. I've also lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading & the ACCC to look into this illegal website.

it came in a filthy box that left black stains on our carpet which we are still trying to get rid of! The mattress had yellow stains on it and stitches on the sides were coming out. In terms of comfort, it is extremely uncomfortable as it had zero support. I feel like I'm sinking into the mattress every time I sleep on it. I woke up with a really sore back the next morning but thought I'd ride it out and see if I'll get use to it but it just made my back worse over time.

I tried to return the mattress and get a refund but they refused to honour the 100 night free trial. Instead, they had the nerve to bribe me with bedding accessories and luxury bed sheets so I would leave them a good review! This whole experience has been nothing but horrific. I now have to find some way to dispose of the rubbish mattress myself. I have no idea how this website is still in business. I'll be reporting them to the ACCC & filing a chargeback.

Horrible mattress & service! They don't honor their 100 night guarantee. DO NOT BUY! – Avoid this company, not only is the mattress a cheap chinese knock off which you can get for 80% cheaper on ebay, but their 100 night guarantee is a complete scam because they don't honor it. and only when we decided to threaten legal action, they decided to reply by calling us 24 / 7 instead of replying to our email request. When they finally decided to reply via email, they said they will not honor the 100 night trial because we used a discount coupon and that it is too bad we didn't read their T&Cs. What a complete scam!

After many weeks of trying to resolve this matter, we are left with a junk mattress in the garage and us sleeping on the couch until we can either get a refund from them or save up enough to buy another mattress. We are not made of money where we can keep buying $700 mattresses.

Disgusting business, DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

Excellent mattress (if you don't want to return it) – The mattress is very comfortable. The zoning and movement isolation is unbelievable. The customer service and issue resolution was very underwhelming. We eventually came to an understanding but it took far longer than expected at 25 business days. Dishonest company with deceptive and misleading advertising – Avoid this website at all cost! We slept on the mattress for over a month and found it too soft and had no edge support so we decided to ask for a return & refund as per their "100 night free trial" offer. conditions', the "100 night free trial" is only available to full paying customers so because we claimed a $300 discount code we were no longer eligible for the "100 night free trial". This is extremely deceptive and misleading as all their advertising material promote a discount and the "100 night free trial'. No where in their advertisements or on their website where the '100 night free trial' and discount codes is promoted has an asterisk * or reference to clearly state that terms and conditions apply. At no point in the online purchasing process were there any mentions of terms and conditions nor did I agree to any. All of this is illegal practice and I have taken screenshots and records of everything and will be reporting sleepypanda to the ACCC, NSW fair trading and the small claims court/tribunal. I am also in the process of disputing the transaction via paypal and would urge anyone else in the same situation to do the same. You can also lodge a chargeback with your credit card. Businesses like this need to be shut down.

April 22nd 2018 Update: Do not buy this mattress

This is a very cheaply made mattress from china which is already starting to lose it’s support and showing signs of sagging after only 2 months of sleeping on it. It’s too soft and has zero edge support which means you completely sink into the mattress when you sit on the edges, making it very uncomfortable getting in and out of bed. It also has a lot of partner disturbance as we’re constantly waking each other up whenever one of us moves. There were already a few stitches coming out of the mattress when we first got it. Worse of all the 100 night free trial is a complete lie as they’ve refused to honour it because we used one of their discount codes which they constantly promote to lure customers in and trick them.
