Wanted to give this company a good chance but after quoting me totally wrong fees, I now have the Lifestyle Expenses Master Card which doesn't work with most of my utilities providers (i.e. South East Water, Exetel Internet, Medibank etc). We were able to get our lease approval in no time. Dealing with them was so easy that they were able to liase with the car dealershship straight away and we were able to get car we wanted in under a month.

Really supportive bed great balance between softness and support. Would definitely recommend. Fitted sheets the only issue as mattress is higher than standard but you can find them.

Smartleasing were very easy to deal with. They were professional and replied and assisted to all of the car leasing from beginning to end with promptness. Highly recommend for getting a new car using smart leasing.

If you have a choice of other companies to use then try them. Smartleasing are disorganised, many staff member are unhelpful and can be very rude. The end of lease experience was terrible and ended up cost me several $1000's in tax that could have been avoided.

Novated Lease taking ages and end up with withdraw due to unclear explanation from financier – Please find another leasing company for a Novated Lease and don't waste your time here. I waited nearly two months and received the confirmation for the settlement date. They asked me to re-sign the 3rd contract and adjust the instalment due to the broker fee adjustment. Received the third quotation, signed and confirmed with the settlement day.… Read more

On that settlement day, they requested more information about my ID details and other loans, which had been provided at an earlier stage and I was thinking NOT supposed to be requested after the 3rd credit approval and settlement day. Back and forward without any explanation from the financier and I decided to withdraw from the application. For peace of mind, please consider other lease companies as a comparison.

Responsive support – I have found Smartleasing to be an excellent service provider with responsive support and excellent service that has given me peace of mind.
