I have tried to call repeatedly their 1300# (5 times) with no answer. I also sent an email as well as using their “chatbot” on their website. I forwarded a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation received by them via email.

It is illegal to take payment for service/s that have NOT been provided.

It is illegal to take full payment 10 days before service without consent or notification to the consumer.

I now have to waste time going to my bank/credit card provider to claim fraudulent transaction.

rip off – I bought a 30 min session and it didn't work at all. Absolutely no difference to my teeth. Please don't waste your money. Unfortunately for a good result you need to head to a qualified dentist, not a backpacker! I was greeted by a man who could hardly speak English so found it hard to explain the process to me. No effects after a 30-minute session – I did a 30 minute session in an afternoon, and it looked very impressive immediately afterwards. Doesn't work – Paid for the 1 hour option and once I was able to get a look at what they looked like they were white around of each tooth and nothing had changed in the middle so they look pasty and patchy so I went back and they just keep saying that they can see a difference.  Show details

relaxing at smile bar so I decided to give it a go. Embarrassed to admit I was an s26 shade of yellow & after a pleasant 60 min treatment my result was an s6 my teeth were spotty afterwards but as advised by the staff it would settle in 2-3 hours it sure did. I would highly recommend this treatment it's well worth it and the customer service is amazing.

after I made the purchase I saw printed on the bottom of their receipt a statement 'no refunds for change of mind.' I questioned this with the representative on the same day however they just sent to email the head office. The head office was not helpful, did not consider my case and then did not reply fully to my emails. I felt mislead, misinformed, disappointed and no refund was provided for a service I no longer want.

to maintain the colour that had not changed, there was no mention of having to purchase additional products to maintain treatment prior to the procedure, of course not that is how money is made.

Staff said they noticed my teeth being whiter and that it was only now yellow in the base of the teeth which they say is very hard to remove and due to not brushing the bottom as frequently as the top. Something they didnt mention in their initial sales pitch . Once finished I was given a quick glance of the mirror and sent on my way.

Very disappointed with the quality, service and delivery do not waste your money on this service.

telling me that the treatment was painless at smile bar as they use a peroxide free gel and I don't regret it.

Results are always good and you don't feel a thing!

I keep going there every 3/4 months for a touch up session. I need to have a good appearance for work purposes so it is so easy for me to get my teeth done at smile bar. There is always a chair available so I just pop in there and 45 minutes later I'm gone with white teeth again.

They have always been good to me so it's my turn to let people know about it.
