Good customer service, good quality braces, I'm happy with the result. The only downside for me is the wait time, which was over a month from the moment I got the impression kit to when I received the aligners.

I had a great experience with John at Smile Path while getting my teeth impressions done. He was very clear in explaining each step of the process and made sure I understood what to do, which made everything much easier.

My 1st phone experience with Jamie was wonderful. She was not pushy at all and she was there to help answer all my questions. This is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money. I ordered the impression packs received it a week later. I have taken two separate impressions, sent photos of the impression and my teeth to the company for them to review. the impression. I’ve had 10 different night guards over the past 10 years. I’ve never had a problem with the impressions I have sent back with any other company. This company will not allow me to send the impression back as they keep saying they aren’t to their standard. I’ve been going back and forward with them for 2 weeks now. The impressions I have taken are to the exact standard outlined in their guidelines. Their guidelines regarding their process of downloading an app and uploading photos of your teeth and impression are also outdated and incorrect. Their return address in their guidelines is different to the one on the return postpaid label they send. I’ll now be disputing this purchase via PayPal as it’s very evident to me they have absolutely no intention of actually providing the night guard. It’s now been three weeks and I haven’t been bled to return the impressions. Once you do return them it takes another three weeks for the night guard to be created, just pay the extra money and use another company or even a dentist.

SmilePath will definitely not leave you smiling! No communication, completely ghosted me. Aligner and was deemed not suitable for what I wanted. Haven’t even offered to replace or no conversation about the rest of my treatment plan, not that I want that. I’ve had to take the issue to the ombudsman who has mentioned options for legal action.

I’m in my third year and at the end of my second program of using the nighttime aligners and they did not straighten my top teeth. When I got to the end of my first program it hadnt worked on my top teeth, they offered me a second night time aligner program but they charged me for it.

So when the second program also didn’t work and was so painful I wore some of the aligners longer but it was so painful. I got to the end of the program and my retainers don’t fit!!!

So I told them and sent photos and now they said I can pay for a brand new program!! And I still have crooked teeth.

What a waste of thousands of dollars and 3 years of my life!

Also just a heads up that they give discounts off your aligners if you leave a positive review, so I wouldn’t trust the reviews.

The company offers complimentary fitting services via video call. This proved to be a great offering and saved any back and forth with potentially bad mold fittings (that would of been the users fault). John was very helpful and patient, highly recommend him and the service!

Customer service terrible. Would rather pay more for less headache. Did straighten my teeth but took about 5 years…. lol

So far so good, I’m only onto my 3rd aligner out of 15 but it’s been a good experience. The customer support is extremely good and always happy to help at any time. It’s been fantastic so far!

These aligners did wonders. They worked really well and they came with whitening kit which helped a lot with colouration. I would recommend they are very affordable.
