Ben was very helpful and explained the process throughly. He made the process a lot easier. He gave clear and concise instructions walking you through the whole process. Very helpful. I feel as though I wouldn’t have been able to complete it by myself. Thank you Ben.
I can't speak for the whole product as I haven't received my aligners yet, but I received the kit in relatively quick time and the video session with John was really good. He was super helpful in guiding me how to take good impressions and I was a bit nervous about doing it but he put me at ease and was super helpful.

My experience with Smilepath was absolutely amazing. The service that you get for a premium cost, the same service you get here for considerably less cost. Their customer service is good, they have been supportive throughout my journey with the aligner, and the aligners have been extremely effective. They literally gave a new way to my personality. Smilepath is a great alternative for those who can’t access teeth straightening at dental clinics where it can be quite expensive and time consuming. Worked really well for me!

They're ghosting me now of course, after already agreeing to return my money and not giving me back nearly 1.5k. Supposedly, they threaten people's treatments over the 5-star Google reviews too....... Save urself the months of hassle and pick a company that doesn't solely use AI chatbots for their customer service responses

I had trouble understanding the first time I did my impressions but second time around Ben made it very easy and clear to understand, had no issues with the impressions, very happy with Ben’s communication and direction
I used SmilePath clear aligners and had a positive experience overall. The process was straightforward with clear instructions at each step. Delivery was quick, and communication was consistent throughout. The aligners fit well and were comfortable to wear. I’ve seen noticeable progress in my teeth alignment so far, in line with expectations. Overall, a simple and convenient at-home option.
The company offers complimentary fitting services via video call. This proved to be a great offering and saved any back and forth with potentially bad mold fittings (that would of been the users fault). John was very helpful and patient, highly recommend him and the service!

Apparently I have to wait 3 days for the member resolutions team to call me to cancel my order. I asked to speak them directly so I could get the moulds back urgently. I was left hanging on the line. Now they wont answer calls and I still dont have the moulds. They took my money but wont progress the order, wont cancel the order, wont take my call. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!
I would strongly recommend avoiding Smile Path. The impression putty they provide is extremely poor quality and very difficult to use properly. I have used another company in the past for dental impressions and the difference in quality was night and day. Unfortunately that company has since closed down, otherwise I never would have tried Smile Path.

the impression. I’ve had 10 different night guards over the past 10 years. I’ve never had a problem with the impressions I have sent back with any other company. This company will not allow me to send the impression back as they keep saying they aren’t to their standard. I’ve been going back and forward with them for 2 weeks now. The impressions I have taken are to the exact standard outlined in their guidelines. Their guidelines regarding their process of downloading an app and uploading photos of your teeth and impression are also outdated and incorrect. Their return address in their guidelines is different to the one on the return postpaid label they send. I’ll now be disputing this purchase via PayPal as it’s very evident to me they have absolutely no intention of actually providing the night guard. It’s now been three weeks and I haven’t been bled to return the impressions. Once you do return them it takes another three weeks for the night guard to be created, just pay the extra money and use another company or even a dentist.

Good customer service, good quality braces, I'm happy with the result. The only downside for me is the wait time, which was over a month from the moment I got the impression kit to when I received the aligners.
I had a great experience with John at Smile Path while getting my teeth impressions done. He was very clear in explaining each step of the process and made sure I understood what to do, which made everything much easier.
