later. There were no apologies from their team for making me wait for so long, or even offering a different product. I had to quickly order from somewhere else (Amazon - always reliable!) and now my daughter's present will be late after I thought I'd receive it a week early! They're a scam. Avoid at all costs.

No Customer Support – I purchased a Lifx light bulb from Smooth sales last year, and it has unfortunately stopped working (within its warranty period). as they are intentionally avoiding my support/warranty request emails - I can’t recommend buying from them if you are hoping for any after sales customer support. I will update this review if there are any attempts to resolve this case.

Worst Product Quality / Worst Customer Service Ever – Worst product quality, exorbitant pricing for what you get, better off buying something from the junkyard, it will last longer. Customer Service is arrogant and obnoxious and sends you links to consumer affairs because they don't give a damn, we are looking at forming a class action, as we have reached out to so many others on Google who have had bad experiences with this same company. Don't go near them, STAY AWAY!!!

It would be good if you responded to concerns – I purchased a pair of headphones, with a supposed 5 hour battery life. The battery didn’t last more than 10 minutes on my first wearing. I emailed immediately asking about how to process a refund, and have yet to receive a response over two weeks later.

Great product very poor postage service – I purchased something on July 31st. Paid express post and was notified on the 8th of August that my parcel had been sent. I emailed Smooth sales and they told me a courier had lost my package ( which is nonsense because it had never been sent) and that they would refund my express postage. They did and then they resent my package by standard post lol. Finally got it tonight 18 days after purchasing it. Smooth sales are not very smooth.

Worse experience – I bought a soundbar from them after waiting to weeks I contacted them Item was not posted still sitting in warehouse customer care was rude,just said if you want just take so i just requested refund,

Selling old cosmetics without disclosing it is way out of use by date – Risking peoples health by selling very very old cosmetics, in my case over 6 years old brow pomade by L'Oreal, when I raised it with Smooth Sales they never even responded, just brushed me off. Had to take action with PayPal.

Great service! – Really good affordable products. Always do my Christmas and birthday shopping with them!

A smooth sale, arrived within 5 days – Smooth Sales posted an OzBargain promo deal, I had never heard of SmoothSales so it felt like a bit of a risk, but as they accept Paypal the worst that can happen is I lose the money I spent. Anyhow the 2 Nerf guns I bought arrived at my address within a couple of days and packaged properly. So it was a pleasant and uneventful transaction, just the way I like it. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐from me.

Scam. No product – I ordered in February and have still have not received product (it's May). No communication from the company. How is this legal?

No quality control – Ordered and paid for two fly screen curtains to be fitted in our caravan one to be kept as spare as previous ones last only 12 months if you are lucky. All previous screens had weights at the bottom to assist in keeping flys out. Ones received not fitted with bottom weights. ALSO screen set are different lengths. Not good. Frank c

glitch in the tracking system. I get more emails saying my shipping status has changed but when i click on it same thing is written since August! its a scam - stay away from this site.

Great service – They were a tad slow at getting my order shipped. So I called to find out the status. Not only did they let me pick up the order from the warehouse, they refunded my shipping cost also. Great deals, great service! Thanks team!

the books that arrived was quite small. It was one of those "expectations vs reality" moments. I checked their website and it didn't provide the dimension, so it would've helped if they had this. Had I known it was so small I may not have bought it. Worth a giggle and is only a minor issue that can be overlooked.

Excellent customer service – SS had a special on a Beatles Sgt Peppers jigsaw puzzle and I grabbed it for my wife. When she completed it she found a found a missing piece and an extra piece (2 of the same piece). I emailed SS and they apologised and refunded the purchase. This is first class customer service and something that won’t be forgotten when I’m looking for more puzzles.

Horrible and rude customer service. Nightmare to deal with them – Very unhappy customer. Poor communication and bad customer service. Very rude staff. They don’t answer your phone calls or emails for days. They lied and said item was shipped when it wasn’t. It was NOT A Smooth sale. Very rough. It was a horrible shopping experience plus rude staff didn’t care about your concern. Took 4 business days to post and think that’s normal. Avoid this business.

Can't fault them – Wasn't sure about the store but saw some good reviews. Items weren't available in other stores but Smooth Sales offered a great price. Reasonable shipping costs. Very quick shipping and items were genuine and packaged appropriately. Would use again.

Cosy Nights Flamingo slippers - incorrect sizing – Order and purchase process was easy, shipping was on time. Complaint is with actual product, Flamingo slippers by Cosy Nights. Ordered adult size euro 40/41 (size 9-10), actual product fits adult size 5-6. Waste of money, don’t recommend

Very fast – Smooth Sales stocked a toy we couldn’t get anywhere else, and for a great price, it was shipped the next day and arrived two days after that - definitely recommend this store.
