White chocolate hamper had so much in it and the cost was great value and was so well presented and looked like the picture on the website. It was a birthday present and received on the day with no hassle. The company was so communicative and answered all of my queries so promptly. I ordered four Easter hampers and had a great experience. Easy to order, good value, and all the boxes were beautifully presented — my family loved them. There was a small delivery issue with one hamper due to the courier, but the team handled it well and resolved it quickly. I’ll definitely be ordering again next year. Highly recommend!

Not even the value of a $10 box of favourites – Was a bit disappointed at $37 I understand it includes a box (cardboard) and delivery. I bought 2 so $72 for about $20 (being generous there) worth of chocolate! I will not be purchasing again! I have however bought some amazing hampers on Catch of the day but they were not from this company.

Bad service, gift took over a week to arrive and was a birthday gift. Looks a lot smaller than what I ordered and half the stuff in the picture was not included. Also my mum had to go collect it from the post office as no attempt was made to drop it off. Communication has been terrible from this company in terms of tracking. Don’t buy from here.

Amazing range of hampers and great service. Fast delivery - once it leaves their warehouse its out of their hands so any complaints about delivery is really the carrier - not SBH. The boxes were stuffed alright but with tissue on top and more tissue and foam balls on the bottom allowing very little lolly or chocolate - about 1/3 of what was expected. Even my note was printed on a blank card and the image i provided was printed separately on its own card! I often send boxed gifts interstate to my large family and friends - so I know what is quality and what is fair! You are the worst I've ever trusted. Never again.
