Everytime, ask for a clean get told car is too dirty I need to upgrade the clean. Charlestown and Kotara. I've taken my car twice, and a friends car once and I thought her interior was already pretty clean. Nope.The smallest amount of sand and it's "too dirty" for the cheapest service. .The staff member is shouting and telling me to get f___ed .So rude and unnecessary. I moved the car and he still abuses me. They put customers cars at risk .it's a one way area and the staff drive customers cars the wrong way very fast. There will be a nasty accident one of these days. There are a number of not good reviews on this company at WINSTON HILLS.The head office is very dismissive and took hours to bother to get back to me. HONESTLY this company is not to be trusted. I would never use this company .

I just had my car detailed. I'm thrilled it looks brand new and the staff were just brilliant. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

Poor service. Told half 4 my car would be ready, then once I got here they said another half hour, which turned out to be another hour. If they had spent less time standing talking then maybe things would be on time. Was retreated like dirt from the moment I got here.

I took my car to Snap at Erina (Green carpark) to be washed, vacuumed and polished. splatter hadn’t been touched. There were dried water drips on the body, the back seat was poorly vacuumed and there was brown dust around the door jambs. To be honest, I thought they’d just overlooked the polish. When I went back the manager said the hadn’t been able to get off the splatter marks. I asked why as they came off easily with a finger nail to which he replied ‘why don’t you do it with your finger nail then!’ He said wiping down the door jambs wasn’t part of their service and when I said I could have done a better job myself his reply was’ why don’t you then’.

The arrogance of this man was next level and his answer to everything was he could prove they done everything if I wanted to see the CC TV. I’m not sure how this would prove they’d done a decent job.

Very disappointing Snap Carwash

Bad service – Not worth the money! Not a good service and when I came to pick up my car after 1,5hs they hadn’t even started! I don’t recommend!

I got home, I realized it still wasn’t done properly. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and belittled, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated differently because I’m a woman. I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered, and the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about their customers.

boot jamb not cleaned properly with dirt over the bottom of the rear window, centre console had coffee marks as did the seat support, footwell and door speaker not wiped from muddy shoes. Should have known since it took half the time, they would only do half the job. Tried to talk me into a polish as well, not bleeding likely.

Keep you’re money – I went to snap car wash Oran park I wanted a weekly car wash which was advertised for 59.00 they told me it would cost me 100.00 because my car is dirty then they finally agreed to 59.00 as I told them that is what is displayed on you’re sign got my car back to realise they have taken my ear rings from the front of car and also stuffed up my cup holder in the middle console

Tried to make me pay in cash and tricked me into the more expensive service – Had a pretty rough experience at your Canberra location. Rocked up at 1245pm after booking in the Snap Platinum, I was told it was going to be $155 because of dog hair and being a 4wd etc which was confusing because online it said $70 which would make it $100 with the dog hair charge. speaking really fast and giving all these reasons and then kept pushing me to pay in cash to the point I had to quite firmly say I don’t have cash on me.

I had to rush off and do something and he told me to be back at 315pm which was longer than I hoped but I agreed. I got back at 315pm and he told me to wait inside for 5-10mins but at about 340pm he was still working on my car and I was getting stressed as I had to get back to work thinking I would have my car back at 315pm to the point where I had to go out and stop him as I had to get back to work. He and his colleague then started speaking over me in a different language which was really uncomfortable. While waiting I went back on the website and confirmed what I had booked was the Snap Platinum which should’ve been $70 plus pet hair charge but he had charged me for a more premium service that I had not asked for, not wanted and would never have booked as I go off road so there is no point me getting that. When I said to him I didn’t book this service he was like but look at what I did and started showing me the car, but I didn’t ask for that and I didn’t want to pay that and also did not have the time to wait for that service.

I had prebooked so I didn’t have to be there that long and was only meant to pay $100 for what I had booked for.

I am formally requesting a refund for the additional $55 I was made to pay and would also like to understand why I was pressured to pay in cash.

Lovely and sparkling – My husband car had been used on a building site so the interior was dry mud and grass on the carpets. They did a great job of cleaning both the interior and exterior. $65 well spent.

hopeless and shouldn't be in the business – Think they polished my car with sandpaper car has hit and miss scratches all over it.

What a scam – Took my small car to Snap Car wash Erina, believing the price would be $30 as advertised. He tried to charge me $100 because he says it was too dirty. Okay, so if its so dirty, why not charge me $50 not $100. This service is such a rip off, they will try and get as much money from you as they can and they do not receive my return business, which could have been once a month if they had been business smart.

Terrible – [Name Removed] worse ever owner and car wash Paid $60 for an interior and exterior car wash. The results were the coin slots interior were still full of sand and dust. Unbelievable. There are still some sand left on the back seat. As a customer, I was just trying to convey this to the Indian owner and offer him some critic. I told him I could get better results anywhere for $45-55. The Indian owner talked louder than me and over me. Wow that kind of attitude I hope he will close down his business soon. I can’t believe he’s the owner and thought he was just a low level staff. Wow amazing.
