less customer-friendly. Unfortunately, the staff here have been very uncooperative and unwilling to discuss options or offer any flexibility. Despite being a neighbourhood gym, they do not offer discounts, charge higher fees compared to other Snap Fitness franchises, and make no effort to retain their clients. Rather than trying to help or find solutions, their attitude feels more like “take it or leave it.” This is disappointing, especially when Snap Fitness markets itself as a community-focused brand. Overall, my experience with the Beaumont Hills franchise has been frustrating and disappointing due to poor communication, inconsistent policies, and lack of customer care.

Snap fitness tweed head south is an amazing gym with brand new equipment, amazing staff and an awesome environment to be, in always feeling welcome. It hasn’t been here long, but a community within this gym has already grown. So happy for being a part of this brand new snap fitness location. Show reply

Snap Gym Maroubra – I joined Snap Gym Maroubra in 2018, where everyone knew each other and we were serious about a workout. This gym has improved dramatically in the past few months. Management are great, and listen to members. So happy to visit more often.

Kept debiting my account after my membership ended and kept trying to debit me after they assured me they'd stopped it. Snap Fitness Haberfield suck. Stay away from this gym! Snap busted equipment fitness – Equipment constantly faulty especially the cardio as they do not register progress. Informed the staff in Burwood’s and went back and there were more faults a week later. Competitive pricing but you get what you pay for. from snap fitness. The front desk staff do not talk to each other and regional managers do not give out the right information. They scam by offering loyalty discounts then reneg by saying you’re from a different snap gym. Seems they’re run by ex macdonalds employees as well.

Worst – Snap Fitness Campbelltown is a JOKE. I have already cancelled my membership, but they still kept taking money from my account. What a money hungry place and to think they are not as good as others. If only I can give negative rate to them. I will never recommend Snap Fitness Campbelltown to anyone I know.

Fitness Businesses in Australia. Their air conditioning is ‘leaking’ as per advice of their one young female employee. I had to leave the gym on many occasions because it was impossible to exercise.

No empathy – Have emailed them multiple times I am unable to pay off my bill as I have been in surgery and unable to work to get money to pay them but still they just want their money and handing off the bill to a collection agency... No heart at all

Snap Fitness- Cameron Park- Personal Trainer – Grant (Moz) is an absolute professional. With his wealth of knowledge and experience my confidence has grown immensely, while seeing results with his guidance which I haven’t been able to achieve by doing it by myself. I would highly recommend his personal training sessions to anyone 100%

LOCK IN CONTRACT – When I signed up to the Kogarah Snap fitness, I was told it was a “no lock in contract” and when I went to cancel the membership they charged a $40 cancellation fee and claimed it was only no lock in for the first 30 days, beware, READ THE CONTRACT! They will not tell you the truth so may sure you read the contract before signing. Very disappointed at the lack of honesty.

Safety could be an issue – Liverpool Snap Fitness Just started there 1 week ago and love the arrange of equipment there. Unpleasant staff at the counter – I am a mamber 8years today been refused entrance as my home gym in diffrent country different time zone didn't process payment on time without notifying me. Just plain 2 blond idiot chicks at the counter not willing to help at all. So upsetting

Buyer beware No lock in contract !!! – There no lock in contract month to month is a trap they make it impossible to cancel send you amounts you still owe if you want to cancel and until you pay that they keep hitting your credit card for fortnightly payments even after you send a written request to cancel the membership stay right away !!!!

different numbers all from snap fitness salesmen every week from the same three numbers.

I told the salesmen not to call me about more information and i will be in touch when i'm ready to use their service but i guess it was not understood. Will definitely not be using their service anymore and will look for a different Gym in my area that does not spam me with calls every week. If anyone is looking for a Gym and come across snap fitness DONT give them your phone number and look for a better alternative in your area.

charged our accounts. I emailed the fitness center, reminded them of our vacation, and they issued a refund on June 22nd. Surprisingly, we were charged a second time on July 3rd. I contacted the fitness center again and reminded them of the three-month pause request. Making a mistake once is understandable, but twice is suspicious. Were they hoping we wouldn’t notice the charges while we were away so they could get away with charging us?

Shockingly, this shady business charges us for the THIRD time! That’s three charges during the “freeze period.” The gym refused to refund us, claiming, “We never received an email to place your husband’s membership on pause. We will not be able to refund it as we had no notice.” Then they argued with me! As if what they were doing wasn't bad enough, they had to throw in poor customer service.

WHAT A JOKE!!! The initial email included my and my husband's names. His account has been paused for the past two months. Why was it paused for two out of three months if you were never notified?!

Avoid this gym at all costs!

Small squishy, dirty club and rip off – Dirty club and poor cleaning of gym floor. the dead skin flying every where as soon as fans are turned on. Everytime I use gym my dust allergy flares up.
