team had been contacted and they would let me know straight away. This was fishy, but I waited. Three days passed and I heard nothing, so sent another email. Radio silence. Another five days passed so I followed up again. Nothing that day (yesterday) however received an almost identical email to the one sent at the start this morning. Shortly after this, while at work, I was bombarded with four back to back calls from an unknown number. Telemarketer you say? Oh no, this was Snap Packaging's idea of customer service. I sent an email advising that such an approach was not appreciated. "[Name Removed]" was very insistent that I must be spoken to on the phone. I was equally insistent that anything said over the phone can be put in an email. Suddenly, there was an issue with my address or stock levels. Well, which one? (Still no tracking information or proof of dispatch at this point mind you) Oh sorry, it was actually a staff member error. Ah! Another excuse! At this point I was very, very over the obviously deflecting and excuse making. I needed this packaging for the weekend, one business day from now, and stupidly thought that two weeks would be plenty of time. Now, due to the incompetence and dishonesty shown by Snap Packaging, I'm stuffed. The icing on the cake was the VERY obviously AI generated response from "[Name Removed]" when I requested a refund. I have sent 3 emails over the last month and have not had a response. The contact phone number is disconnected! Provide a refund if you're not going to send the order out! Wish I had seen all of the bad reviews prior to placing order.

Basing this on service not product, placed order on 12th June. Chose this company as they promote fast shipping. It is now 1st July and I have yet received my order. I have sent 2 emails, and as yet no response, and no one seems to pick up phone for me to be able to speak to someone. Very dissatisfied as needed product for this weekend, and was certain had allowed plenty of time. No with 2 days to go I have to try source something...

away. It was agreed that we would cancel the bubble wrap and just get the boxs. We got nothing again and no advice. When l rang they said a system error had cancelled our order again! I got a refund but if l hadn’t it would have been off to fair trading. I can’t even say it was the worst service ever because we got no service at all. Hopeless mob.

This website is a SCAM!!!! Do NOT order from here!!! My order never arrived, after a month of waiting, I emailed them to ask if they can please look in to this. No reply. I emailed again asking for communication. No reply. I emailed again, this time got a response saying 'we are looking in to this'. A week later, still no response. I emailed again and nothing. I am now escalating to paypal for refund.

This was delivered recently. All looks well and should be satisfactory when used.

We ordered a 100m roll of bubble wrap; even spoke to them on the phone where they told us that the diameter of the roll was 90cm. When the roll arrived, it was obviously not 90cm, it was half that. they send out the remaining 50% of the order. They did not reply. After waiting a few days, I opened a dispute through PayPal. Again, after a number of days waiting for a reply that did not come, I escalated the case within PayPal. After another couple of days, PayPal closed the case in our favour and refunded 50% of the costs because SnapPack also ignored PayPal.

Do not order from this site. They take your money and do not deliver!

Don't buy from these they advertise bubble rap free delivery. Then they send you a message saying $37 for delivery. When you say no they cancel your order and don't refund your money then when you email them they say they've returned my money and it takes two days well 3 days later still no money. Be very careful using this mob I got a feeling it's a scam they ripped this guy off as well

The Snap Pack Scam – They canceled my order, after I have paid for it. Sent me this message- "Order #3973 was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded." I did not request it to be canceled. They have not replied to my queries. I hope I actually get a refund. It has been 3 days since they sent me this notification and the money is still not in my bank account! Do Not do business with this company, it seems like a scam.

Packing Peanuts lost to the post – I ordered 2 x 400 litres of packing peanuts. Only one bag arrived, after chasing up the order. The bag of packing peanuts was in a plastic bag with stamps stuck to it, sent via the post without any protection - as such the packing peanuts have been lost on their way as the bag has ripped and been tied up again. Absolutely appalling!

Cancelled order without reason and refused to answer calls or return emails – I ordered some foil bubble wrap to insulate a small garden shed the order went through, I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive but then got an email saying Order #3670 was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded. and still with free delivery. The experience wasted several weeks of my time waiting for a product they had no intention of delivering. I rang the number listed and was told they would look into it but never got back to me.

advertise free delivery and then cancel the order – Snap Pack promises free delivery everywhere in Australia and anywhere else. But when you place an order and deduct the money from your credit card, they realize the size of the product and the location. They cancel the order without an explanation (until you ask for one). that it's free delivery anywhere. They should have this built into their website or have it in clear writing and don't take the money before you decide to cancel.
