Sadly they are horrible dont even look like photos the printing is dull and almost catalogue type I ordered glossy print havnt ordered in 2 years but what I got was like shiny hard paper not a photo or at least not what they used to be I'll never order again postage was killer my order was only $18 but postage was 22 Show details

Do not use. Terrible service. Never delivered orders. Will not refund without a tremendous amount of hassle. Save yourself the time and trouble and use a local store.

Absolute rubbish. Didn't get delivered, quality is terrible, customer service abysmal. Then when I finally got the product (after weeks of complaints) I got the automated email asking for a review. Left an honest one, it conveniently got rejected. Dont waste your money Show details

This 50x150cm Canvas that's priced over $440! Arrived tacky and poorly done, staplers fell out, a MASSIVE scrape down the canvas! my client is furious... don't do business with these guys, they don't care, should be "Careless Fish". Show details

When a company is classified a. SCAM, the following requirements are the signs considered. 1) Quality - damaged, missing pages, incorrect printing, items left out, etc 2) order goes mutating with Aust PO 3) No physical phone assistance 4) live chat - all communications written using the exactly same manuals for workers 5) Employees are foreigners from mostly underdeveloped countries

Ordered two photo books at the same time…both arrived separately a week apart! The 2nd one was broken at the spine and one of the pages ripped off. I guess you get what you pay for. No options to contact customer service for a replacement. Won’t use them again. Show details

2. The mugs I ordered were too dark despite some pics taken on a sunny day at the beach 3. My PREMIUM canvas prints which finally arrived were inadequate, photos off centre and diagonal! Also white spots or brown spots from poor quality printing

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Will not use ever again. Ordered a 500 piece jigsaw which looked like it would come in a box on website, as jigsaws do. No it came flat A3 size with gaps at side of packaging so 6 pieces fell out in transit. Demanded they replace and tape sides and corners so pieces don't fall out and replacement order turned up worse!… Read more

Local Auspost outlet had to tape up the packaging as pieces were falling out everywhere in the post office that staff had to pick up! Photo shows how i opened it and found pieces stuck everywhere. Won't ever use them again.

Thank you for giving me credit to print my photo tiles after I explained that the online 50% off code wasn't working. I feel really lucky to have only paid for shipping. The tiles look amazing!! Quick delivery also and packaged safely. Great customer service.

Used Snapfish to do a large framed canvas while they had 75% off. Has to use high resolution photo, took a bit of work to get that, but in the end, extremely happy with end product and price. Will definitely use again. Show details

I had actually read the negative reviews after purchasing and was a little concerned about how the quality would be.

During the design process I realised the importance of watching when the program notifies you if you have aligned photos outside the printing area. This ensures your photos aren’t cut off. There are also lines that show up to indicate that your photos aren’t aligned with the opposite page (if this is your preference). I found the program very easy to use, it’s just important to pay attention to the little warnings that show up. It’s the details that matter.

As I’ve done quite a bit of graphic design before I was familiar with these program notifications.

The print quality is absolutely beautiful. Especially since many of the photos I used were photos of old photos my Dad had taken in the 70’s and 80’s. The colours turned out beautifully and the paper quality is so lovely.

I wanted to create a matte photo book that could be displayed on Mum and Dads coffee table and it’s everything I wanted and more.

So my recommendation is to pay attention to the little warnings that come up and take your time to align the photos. Possibly choose a higher quality paper as it honestly turned out as good as any photographers display book I’ve seen.

To think I got it during their Father’s Day sale as well is just wonderful.

One photo was a reprint and by comparison to the old print the new one is absolutely terrible its good to have this comparison from the exact same digital file to prove snapfish is the problem not the images themselves

but they are different sizes from last year and aren't interchangeable). I contacted them last year about this and asked for the correct colour caps and string (as advertised) to be re sent but i just got given the run around by their 'support team' and was asked to repeat myself over and over via email with no follow up or replacement caps sent as I requested.

I chose Silver this year in the hope that they would at least match this time but was disappointed to see that Snapfish YET AGAIN failed to sell the item as depicted online (they attached gold caps and string) and they didn't match the image advertised. The silver colour is nice all in all, the gold bauble is not so nice in person. That all said, I have been happy with the quality of their Premium calendars each year and will continue to buy them.

goes on number of items, not weight, so paid $59 for what was in reality a $15-$20 postage fee. They could ditch the courier and just do Aus Post normal parcel delivery. Not too bothered though as their discount codes are very generous. Overall, quick, so easy and completely satisfied with photo books. (If your photos are low resolution etc., they tell you, so adjust accordingly. Re: heads being cut off in other reviews below: you need to use the little grab hand icon once your photos are in position and center your photos! I cannot comment on the chatbot function or follow-up service because I didn't need it, but I do note there is no email address or phone number to call. Your address is asked firstly before adding things to cart- ensure it is correct because I don't remember an opportunity to edit it later on.)

On the Monday we received confirmation of our Order with an estimated Delivery Date of the 15th of January, which we reckon was very much OK. Actual Delivery was the following FRIDAY, that was within FIVE (5) Working Days from placing our Order. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE, Fantastic Album, exactly as we wanted and our memories of our Italy Trip are with us and our Family forever. they printed up really well. The photos are a little bit darker as other people have reviewed, but overall I am really happy with the quality. There are a lot of options to choose from in your order to personalise it. I will definitely use them again.

Wow, what else can I say but WOW. My wife & I had photos of our daughter's wedding made into a coffee table book and, it looks amazing. The colour reproduction is spot on and the layout is perfect with heaps of options for backgrounds & covers. Delivery was way ahead of the predicted date & arrived in excellent condition. Horrific product provided - they supply layout technology but none of the images in the montage were printed where they had been placed. Heads were cut off 90% of the images and the product was unusable. They clearly have no quality control. However - when I contacted them, the said they would provide a full refund. I am awaiting the refund. use another company instead. Don't waste your time.

I spent quite a bit of time adding 110 photos to my order, editing to fit the cropping etc. I then added 2 basic acrylic magnets to my order. Went to checkout and saw postage was $34.90! anywhere near that much postage to south east Qld! I started a live chat and the assistant told me it was because they have to send the items separately. Incredibly inefficient. So I deleted the 2 magnets. Postage was still $24.90! Once again, it costs maximum $12 to send a simple photo pouch! Nothing worse than companies trying to profit on postage. Don't recommend this company.

Ordered and received a photo album. Did not receive the gift box which it was supposed to be delivered in nor did I receive the photo key ring which I also ordered and paid for. Very difficult to contact Snapfish. Customer service were not interested in my complaint and even refused to sell me a gift box which I offered to pay again for. Order No 45364000321458. Tried to get a board book printed for my one year old..it was printed crooked as every right hand page was skewed on the book page. Chatted online with Snapfish and they gave me a credit for another one (although I had to pay shipping again!). Product was delivered and is crooked again!! This time, skewed to the other side. Obviously an issue with the printing but I'm a bit over it to keep disputing it.

Very disappointed in Snapfish. Placed 2 expensive orders. First was a 67pg hard cover photo book ( postage $12) and 2nd was 7 x calendars (postage $63) . Reached out to them and theu said $$ charged for postage does not just go on postahe an freight. This makes no sense. Show details

members we presented the gifts to made all the difference. If you arent confident at digital photos or the photo is low res maybe ask a friend to do your art. But with a bit of playing about with the softwear I thought it was achievable to get a great result. In fact we were highly impressed and can recommend Snapfish. Delivery prices were fair I thought because we got the items REALLY fast, in days.
