the bed base QUALITY I bought from Snooze it’s terrible ,the bed squeaks and is cheaply made and the bed base is not a patch on the bed base I have bought from Harvey Norman . Any movement on the bed you can hear the bed base metal move in it .I have changed mattress’s on it and it still squeaks. I have notified snooze ballina of this and was asked to send them a email stating the problem .. it has been over 2 weeks since I have sent the email and have sent another today and still have had no reply .. I sent my husband into the shop today and he was told by the staff that the manufacturer rep would contact us! Terrible after service and regret buying this bed base from snooze in ballina

Great service – We went to the Ballina Store because we live in the region. Delighted with the service. Nick and Chris could not have been more helpful. They really know their beds. Ended up buying the Madison Times Square mattress with the Iris bed frame and matching side tables (Australian made). We have the bed for over a month and could not be happier. This was my first pillow top and I can vouch that it is 10 times hotter than a normal bed! So much so that I can't sleep in it. This may be because I am a warm sleeper and have quite sensitive skin.

I should have done my own research beforehand. After the fact I see on the internet many testimonies that people have found the pillow tops too hot to sleep in. The one I bought was made from "foam and fiber" now I have come to find out that the "fiber" is microfiber! Which is quite synthetic and causes an uncomfortable burning kind of heat. I definitely don't recommend it, unless you live in a very cold climate. The manager was very helpful and did offer to upgrade my bed to a different style and take the other one back. He also gave me the number for Sealy if I wanted the mattress altered. I could see he was trying to help and I was grateful for this offer, however I decided not to do either of these and I just bought a cheap plain mattress elsewhere. It was really my own responsibility for not doing my research before buying a bed. Overall the staff and manager Robert at Snooze were very friendly and helpful. Oh well, it's all a learning experience.
