My whole experience at Snooze was faultless. Marita was helpful and knowledgeable & I purchased the ensemble yesterday and it was delivered today. Andrew and his assistant were polite and unwrapped the ensemble and assembled the feet to the base and placed the ensemble in the bedroom.......and even took away the rubbish with them.
A really good experience after having dealt with some not so good businesses.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the men who delivered my bed today in Mansfield (18/01/2020). They were friendly, careful with both the new bed and navigating through the house.Also, set the bed for me which was great. Thanks again.
Don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would share. Made a purchase on boxing day and received a call the same day to advise there was an issue.. Went on to receive a further couple of calls over the following days explaining they are still working on it. Eventually received a call from store manager Christie from Cairns who advised they were out of stock and offered a recent floor model and also through in pillow case protector for the trouble. Overall very happy with the communication and the customer service, will definitely shop again!
Amazing Service & Great Range
I was after a queen size Sealy Back Support Harmony Deluxe Mattress & Base - Medium. They didn't have the exact style of mattress I wanted but they were able to show me one that was the same, just without the pillow top.
I was able to order the bed I wanted with an additional 10% discount on top of the sale price. Even with the delivery fee & removal fee for my old bed, it was less than the sale price! Amazing value for money!
Since I've had my new bed, I'm sleeping better than I have in years. It's so comfortable & supportive. I have doubl...e scoliosis, so I need a bed that is soft, yet firm to support me. This bed does exactly what I need. I highly recommend it. I have told all my friends & family to go to Snooze Windsor if they're after a new bed.
Above and Beyond
I bought two king single beds from Snooze Narre Warren. Beautiful beds with base and headboards. Upon arrival - I discovered I was unable to figure out the brackets and assembly. I phoned the store and the actual owner offered to come and personally assemble them in 15 minutes - on a Saturday!!!!
Couldn’t be happier. The store has had extraordinary service from end to end and this extra mile the store manager has gone to ensure product satisfaction is extremely impressive.

Colleen is the Snooze head office customer service manager. This is publicly stated on the Snooze information business website. It has already been published in the public domain online. It is public information.
I received an extremely poor experience aka 'service' from them and product review is the platform in which is associated with Snooze reviews. Everything I have stated is true and was recorded in the experience and provable. This person gave an absolute disgrace of an experience. If i had a question about who the manager was she would...give me a dishonest response of 'I'm the manger who will be handling your case' instead of telling me who the actual manager was, and it was only after I'd repeated myself that she gave me a different far more truthful response. She requested that I phone her back several times while she got things sorted but when i phoned her back after processing what she'd said and realized she'd given me a broad overall perspective on my case, i phoned back to get specifics. She left me feeling sick and with anxiety and it was a horrible experience dealing with such a manipulative, dishonest, spiteful, aggression.
After finding what I wanted online, I phoned Snooze Windsor and they were able to help me pick the right mattresses etc for my little boy. The whole process was quick and easy and delivery was organized within a few days. I have actually been meaning to phone as the delivery guys were so lovely. They assembled the bed and took away the cartons. They were so sweet and well mannered. Whole experience was great! Will definitely shop with Snooze again.
Comfy bed.. No suprises
Snooze was a Google ad so I browsed and was pleased to find the bargain I had hoped for. Kind single firm posturepedic. But to buy without viewing or testing... The gamble!!! Turned out perfect... My confidence rewarded.

Outstanding customer service
I ordered my bed base at 8.30am and it was delivered by 1pm in the same day. Both Andrew and his delivery staff loaded with me during the morning to ensure that the delivery time was suitable. The delivery guys even installed the legs and took away the rubbish.
The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

If you Snooze you win
After comparing many shops physically and online, found the level of service, knowledge, range and competitive pricing to be well above anywhere else (big call out to Jordie -exceptionally fabulous). Sales & delivery were seamless and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Shop around if you want but you could save yourself a lot of time by just going straight to the best. As an aside, bed is extremely comfortable thank you
Misleading and misrepresentation on sale
I asked to cancelled the bespoke mattress as I needed a high end mattress as advised by the Chiropractor, I told the luxe was out of my price range, the store manager [Name Removed] said he would help and said he would sell it at cost. I thought he was true to his words and I went ahead with the sale. But only to find out a few days later the sale was not at cost. This sort of sale tactic is unethical. It’s misleading and a misrepresentation of sale to enhance a sale. Hence the sale is not legally binding. Thank God we are protected by consumer...law in Australia. I made a mistake of dealing with this store, please be wary if you are thinking of shopping here. You can actually get better service without any misleading sale from other store. Save yourself a headache and purchase elsewhere. The case is now with Fair trading..to obtain my refund. Ps. The no refund policy sign should also be in site at the store for customers to see. It should be transparent as not to mislead the consumer. This was not transparent at the store.
We bought a bed and they said: "You will receive the next day or if we won't have it on stock, you will receive on 6th of January and you should wait for our call ". I didn't receive any call so I call them and they said: 'Because the supplier was on holiday you will receive your bed on 8th of January" then I call them today (14/01/2020) and they said "The mattress didn't reach yet so you will receive tomorrow". This is not a good services, with fake promises. They didn't even bother to call me and say to me that they got a delay with the order.
Very helpful from my searching on-line, the follow up phone call, being cared for by Jodie the floor manager, not settling in our first focus and although paying more were given excellent discount and for ordering on Dec 31st! Jodie is a good saleswoman as well as manager. The bed arrived and the old mattress taken by two agreeable men who assembled the bed etc. It is SO COMFY

BedGear M2 - Sags badly after 3.5 weeks
We bought a BedGear M2 less than a month ago. It sags significantly even though we have been turning the mattress every week as instructed.
We were told that it was made in Australia but after discarding the packaging I noticed the subtle “made in China” label on the box. I have tried to contact customer service regarding a return but there has been no answer on their hotline.
I feel that an $850 mattress shouldn’t sag so much that you can’t roll from one side to the other because of the hump in the middle of the bed. Really unhappy with th...e quality of the product. EDIT(13/1/20): was contacted by Snooze today, they will have someone contact me shortly. EDIT(17/1/20): hadn’t heard anything so I called their customer support number. The woman forwarded my information on to my local store who should get back to me today after they speak to the vendor regarding a return.
Disappointed potential customer.
Very disappointed. I walked in your store and walked the all showroom without even being acknowledged. Your staff seems to only have time for couples who walked in after me. Bad move guys! Really bad move!
