Wouldn’t recommend. Went in store and did all the mattress/bed testing. Spent a lot of money. Very uncomfortable mattress and bed arrived. What I tried in store was very different to what arrived. Staff were most disinterested, unhelpful and made no attempt to fix the issue. Poor product, poor customer after service. Will not be making the mistake of buying from Snooze Moorabbin again.

This process was clearly explained at the time of purchase. After moving in, we discovered that due to the skirting board and a side wall, both bedside tables would not fit as planned. I am happy to keep one bedside table because I really like it, but I need to return or exchange the second one (unopened and in original packaging) for a different option that suits the space. I contacted the North Lakes store, expecting a reasonable solution. However, I was told that a return or exchange was not possible because the item was “ordered specifically” for me and they would be left with a single bedside table. This was surprising, as the item is not custom-made, and it is quite common for customers to purchase individual bedside tables. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer care. The response I received showed no willingness to help or find a solution, especially considering this was a purchase exceeding $4500, with each bedside table costing over $500. When I expressed my concerns, the staff member’s response was dismissive, saying “that’s alright” regarding losing a customer. As a customer, I expected a much higher level of service and flexibility from a company like Snooze. A simple exchange for a different bedside table would have resolved the issue and retained my trust in the brand. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied and would not purchase from Snooze again.

Our bed frame arrived with the wrong hardware so couldn’t attach base to headboard , a chip in the frame and a broken slat. I got recommended the Sleep-tailor mattress - Australian made, German springs, this thing sags on the plush side and split open on the regular side under a year of use. When we contacted warranty on this, that came up with all sorts of excuses on why they can’t replace or fix it. Nightmare service, terrible product , don’t waste thousands on a substandard product. When filling out the paperwork at the desk I was also given some very handy hints on caring for the products. I was extremely pleased with the service from William & the lady at the desk. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the store & get the same great service. I am very much looking forward to the delivery of the products!

Overall it was a pleasant and delightful experience far surpassing that of previous encounters with similar retailers.
We had an issue with a 4 year old Tempur mattress. Whilst Tempur did not assist, Snooze Castle Hill did! Ryan and Romeo offered amazing customer service and we are happy with their solution to the issue. We will always shop there from now on. Show reply
I visited the Artarmon store just to browse at lounge chairs however on reaching the top of the escalator there stood Eric outside Snooze and I simply asked how much it would cost me for a double mattress. He kindly showed me a selection and of course I bought one. Really disappointed with Snooze. Be aware that their no-return policy is extremely strict, no matter what. I bought a mattress that I found completely unsuitable after trying it for one night, but they wouldn’t accept a return or exchange. Definitely recommend making absolutely sure you’re happy with the mattress before buying, as there seems to be very little flexibility once you’ve paid.

waited another few seconds as I thought he may have needed to finish something but he continued to ignore me. I asked if I could view the bed I bought and without even looking at my photo, he said we probably don’t have it here but you can go to Tweed if you like. His customer service was appalling and was not slightly interested in helping me. I asked if there was something in that fabric that I can view and he said yes and walked me to 2 beds and then said no actually we don’t. I was shocked at his lack of even wanting to work at your store. I then asked if he could give me a date as my order stated 4 weeks, he said no just let’s say 6 weeks…. I left feeling quite unfulfilled with the whole experience. I hope you can find better staff that are passionate about helping people, especially those that have already ordered from you.

update, we promptly received a response from snooze but they merely directed us to deal with our local store who never ended up reaching out. Which is unfortunate because the in-store experience prior to purchasing the bed frame online was actually very positive.
Essentially, we paid $2.5k for a bed that has the same quality of material as anything you’d find in ikea or temple and Webster for a fraction of the cost (a much cooler design but still), it took over a month to arrive despite being told it’d take 1-2 weeks and during that wait we received no communication or updates besides one phone call after 2 weeks which told us itd be with us in another week or two.
As much as I like the actual product, the service and quality of its materials is why I would recommend against ordering a bed frame from snooze. Go to ikea or temple and Webster instead..
