other wholesalers on the same day and all they wanted to know was our budget and steer us towards that. Kelly wanted to know what we valued in a bed and allowed us to make the decision that way. Would recommend Kelly and the Mackay team to anyone and 4 weeks into the bed we are both commenting how well we are both sleeping.

with the lux mattress, pillows and deal that I got from Snooze Mackay, not to mention the customer service! The ladies are so friendly, they were very understanding and managed to deliver my bed on a weekend which they dont do deliveries on a weekend. Definitely recommend Snooze Mackay! Disappointing purchase – After completing the stores computerised My Side mattress/ body appraisal, my husband and purchased the My Side Series 8 QS Mattress (Red/Red) as was recommended in the test results. insanely sore backs and have decided we need to purchase a new mattress asap as we are over waiting to 'get used' to this one (this must be a mattress salesperson's favourite excuse). The mattress topper has had a permanent depression in it (where we lay) since it was approx. 4 weeks old and it's only getting worse. There is also a firm ridge in the centre of the bed... I can only imagine that this was once how supportive the topper 'used' to be. The one star that I have given for this review is intended for Jodie, our sales rep at Mackay store, she was very informative and was lovely to deal with. The lack of 4 additional stars is intended entirely toward this poor quality mattress, Snooze, we are very disappointed to waste $3800.00 on this purchase!

Thanks Snooze NOT! Service was second to nine! Until we had our bed! Lovely lines like a good nights sleep is essential as we spend 1/3 of our lives in our bed! yes well! we are waiting for the good nights sleep! We are still waiting for managers to get back to us about our bed since late December we have not had 1 good nights sleep, since then the managers/franchisees from Mackay store they have been and bounced on it and given us directions, like take off the woolen underlay, sleep on mattress on the floor?? strangely, but we did it all to see if we can sleep on our new expensive bed. We were talked into a medium when we went to buy a firm gel top. We went to specialists instead of product supermarket, so we would get the best. The gel top bed is very warm, both my husband and I attended so they knew our size difference and were told he is a restless sleeper, still try the King size in the store very comfy but when the Queen size arrived we cant sleep.
