After we had tried everything she then left us to try them all again in our own time and without supervision or pressure. The end result was we have the most comfortable, supportive mattress we’ve EVER experienced along with amazing pillows and a perfect bed which was exactly what we were after. Fantastic service – I'm extremely impressed with Snooze's service. I ordered a double bed + mattress + mattress protector 6 weeks ago to replace my single bed and old sagging mattress, which were all delivered this morning. they were whizz's. I'm also impressed by them getting the mattress in because our house has very narrow corners and it was a tight squeeze - I kind of wish I'd seen them do it! Chirnside Park SO rude! – Sales Lady and Man so rude. I am a respectful parent and don't let my children run and jump on beds. After leaving a competitor's store and having a completely opposite experience I went in to Snooze with my children who had not been 'jumping on beds respectfully not putting shoes on mattresses. But I was made to feel so uncomfortable and shamed out of the store. Grumpy people will never return and go spend my money elsewhere!  Show details

Great products, inconsistent customer service – My fiance and I were looking for a mattress to prepare our new home. customer arrives later they received a much better customer service and we were completely ignored. We later found a mattress at a different snooze store and was very happy with the purchase, the product and the experience. We were well informed of different type of mattresses and how they worked with our body shapes and sleeping pattern, being put onto bed match system. This 1 star is to chirnside park store only and the other store we went today can have a 5 star.
