PV system installed. They also indicated SolarBright had done a great job with other family and friends installs . SolarBright was the only company to visit and ensure there would be no last minute surprises confirm no switchboard to ensure no last minute surprises. The other quotes were all done remotely. Daniel Burns arranged to visit in person to discuss my needs, look for any possible installation challenges and location options for the battery. Daniel was very patient discussing my needs, questions and my goals. He was timely in responding to questions and facilitating some changes I wanted after the the initial quote. The quote was well laid out and covered contingency for potential issues. Their cost was very competitive and gave me confidence the work would be done well and the after installation support was there. Whilst there was a delay from my acceptance of the quote to the actual installation this was made clear to me up front. When the installation process started Ashe from the office was great in arranging any necessary visits around my availability as well keeping me informed on installation date. The actual installation went very smoothly and the team doing the install did a neat and professional job ensure they cleaned up after the install leaving no mess. The handover was well done, ensuring I had a clear overview of the install and how to use the Sungrow app to monitor the system.
My experience with Joe at Solar Bright was excellent. From the initial consultation through to completion, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We had a Solarbright Maxlight skylight (with the square ceiling cover) installed two months ago and we could not be happier. The difference is amazing. So much natural light. (we’ve had it two months and so far haven’t needed to) We were attracted to the Maxlight due to it being totally Australian made and having the longest warranty (20yrs) of any that we had looked at. We purchased the unit through Supreme Skylights in Wodonga and they have since gone out of business and were unable to complete the installation. We then had local plumbers here in Ballarat - L&N Plumbing Solutions complete the installation and they were fantastic - highly recommend them as well!! The service the SolarBright company provided was brilliant. Very quick response to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Thanks to the installers (Kevin and his mate) who did a very neat job. They also showed me photos of their neat work where it was out of sight (on the roof). They listened to my needs and did what I asked.
I bought Maxpower solar panels and a Solax Inverter. Solar Bright set up the inverter to talk to my phone using the SolaXCloud App. I am able to use my phone to monitor the solar power produced.

installing the battery, extremely professional tradesman. Braden then showed me how to use the app and track the battery charge and usage once installed and all up and running. I am extremely happy that I used Solar Bright for the battery install as a NSW government inspector turned up about 3 weeks or so later and checked everything. We passed with flying colours, not one thing he could fault. However, some people in our area of Newcastle did not and those Solar companies were fined. So I would highly recommend Solar Bright for your next battery install. It has been about 3 months since the install and using the battery, and I can most certainly say that we have cut our power bill by about 60%. So it is absolutely worth the investment. I would recommend anyone thinking about a battery to call Daniel at Solar Bright and have a chat with him, cause knows his trade very well.

they stated that they already went through it with my husband and because we had no internet (at the time) we could not view our system and where is was tracking on the internet. I 100% would have gone with another solar company in port Macquarie had I realized the after install support was non existent. [Name Removed] at precision solar install my company solar in town years ago and he still monitors the system via solar edge for us for faults. You can ask him anything and he offers free advice and support years later. I wish we had gone with precision solar. Thumbs down to solar bright!

Solar Array Installation – Our solar system installed by solarbright was beset by problems. This included a faulty install requiring rectification, misleading advice about the likely pay back period, and a lack of assistance and advice concerning additional required works which they did not tell us about, leaving us to sort it out. Suggest you steer well clear of this firm.
Poor workmanship an poor warranty – Very Poor workmanship an warranty not worth the paper it’s written on, when I asked for a warranty claim on a faulty panel they wanted me to pay for installation plus pay for a panel, without coming to inspect the claim I’am so disappointed an wouldn’t recommend this company.
