We had a Solarbright Maxlight skylight (with the square ceiling cover) installed two months ago and we could not be happier. The difference is amazing. So much natural light. (we’ve had it two months and so far haven’t needed to) We were attracted to the Maxlight due to it being totally Australian made and having the longest warranty (20yrs) of any that we had looked at. We purchased the unit through Supreme Skylights in Wodonga and they have since gone out of business and were unable to complete the installation. We then had local plumbers here in Ballarat - L&N Plumbing Solutions complete the installation and they were fantastic - highly recommend them as well!! The service the SolarBright company provided was brilliant. Very quick response to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

The installation team, led by their contractors from Happy Solar, James, Jerome, and their team, was exceptional. They arrived on time, were courteous and tidy, and completed the installation of both the solar panels and the battery efficiently. They took great care of my property and left the area spotless. After the installation, the technician walked me through the new system and the monitoring app, answering all my questions and ensuring I was confident with how everything worked.
Since the installation, my system has been performing exactly as promised. The battery has been great for storing excess energy generated during the day, significantly reducing my reliance on the grid and lowering my electricity bills. Thanks to the installers (Kevin and his mate) who did a very neat job. They also showed me photos of their neat work where it was out of sight (on the roof). They listened to my needs and did what I asked.
I bought Maxpower solar panels and a Solax Inverter. Solar Bright set up the inverter to talk to my phone using the SolaXCloud App. I am able to use my phone to monitor the solar power produced.

Although I was nervous on the installation day as I was unsure as to the quality of the installation Team. I was happily reassured from the on time the team arrived that morning. The team Leader, Zhive from UNA Electrical and Solar briefed us on the work and kept us updated throughout the day. The team members were like ‘Energiser Bunnies”. They operated like a well oiled machine throughout the day and competed the whole project in one day, ( this included removal of the original solar panels and stand ). installing the battery, extremely professional tradesman. Braden then showed me how to use the app and track the battery charge and usage once installed and all up and running. I am extremely happy that I used Solar Bright for the battery install as a NSW government inspector turned up about 3 weeks or so later and checked everything. We passed with flying colours, not one thing he could fault. However, some people in our area of Newcastle did not and those Solar companies were fined. So I would highly recommend Solar Bright for your next battery install. It has been about 3 months since the install and using the battery, and I can most certainly say that we have cut our power bill by about 60%. So it is absolutely worth the investment. I would recommend anyone thinking about a battery to call Daniel at Solar Bright and have a chat with him, cause knows his trade very well.
