They strung me along for 7 months with 3 installation dates cancelled at the last minute due to various excuses. Eventually informed me that they could not do the job? Currently WOW Solar are installing and doing a great job I would highly recommend them. Don't go withy Solar Harness!

be installed within one week of my decision to go ahead. The installers (Jason and Harley) were friendly, helpful and cleaned up thoroughly after installation. I did experience some frustration when trying to connect the Sofar inverter with the system monitoring app (on iphone) however Beth did everything she could including providing additional information and contacting the Sofar technicians on my behalf to ensure that the problem was resolved.

Emergency Hot Water Needed! – Our old Solar Edwards had finally given up leaving our household with no hot water and urgently looking for a new system and with no idea where to start. made a recommendation for the enviroheat pump due to our usage, this also was not the most expensive option which was great. Once we were happy with this option the installation was squeezed in very quickly and the team that arrived completed the install in no time and were very professional, with hot water running in no time. Overall a great experience by Dave and his team at Solar Harness and happy to continue to use them as well as recommend.

Extremely poor customer service once Inverters become Faulty – Our System is Approx 4 yrs old. Our first Inverter showed Relay Fault roughly 18 months after Installation, to rectify fault took Approx 8 to 10 weeks and a complaint to ACCC. Our other Inverter ( 3 Phase ) just started showing Relay Fault, system not working, rang Solar Harness on Monday was told no one from warranty was there, will call following day (Tuesday), email was sent Monday Afternoon. Now on to the 3rd day and still no call. So we start the process all over again. As we live in Rural area running up to 3 pumps at any one time plus normal household equipment we rely on Solar helping reduce our usage. Solar Harness dont care. Inverter JSI - 2000TL ( RUBBISH ) Inverters installed in protective area out of weather. Back up support - extremely Poor Returning calls - unprofessional Lip service - very high Would not recommend this company to any one due to poor quality of inverters and poor customer service. Worse of all – After sales, our inverter become faulty. Guess what 2 months of calling and sending emails. I have no replies. Called everyday but was told tomorrow everyday. Rude salesperson – Received a knock on the door from Solar Harness salesperson. Time of the day couldn't have been worse, however, it wasn't much of a concern to him. leaflet about the company, the response I received was: "looks like I'm wasting my time here". Well, he was certainly wasting time - my time. The products they sell may be ok (judging by some of the reviews), but I certainly didn't appreciate the attitude of the salesman.

I’ve had my system now for over 2 years and my solar inverter suddenly failed, unable to be repaired. I phoned solar harness the moment I discovered the failure and within the week I had answers, within the fortnight I had a replacement shipped to my place and within the month it was installed! smart app and instruction manual that I stupidly already lost. These calls were met by a genuinely kind person that helped me with everything I needed.

In terms of quality my panels and inverter, my panels have gathered a large amount of fine dust and are still putting out 4.6-4.8 kWh’s in full sun once inverted and before the dirt they were putting out higher rates for longer intervals All in all if anyone is looking for an honest review of my accounts with solar harness Ten out of Ten…so far… but I have full confidence in the company regarding their ongoing service and warranties

Solar install – Very prompt service. Very happy with the install. Friendly installers. Cleaned up after them-self no cracked roof tiles. Happy to show me how it all works. Would recommend them highly.

Early days of install being winter and mostly overcast but looking forward to easing power usage – Vikki was more than willing to explain intricacies of the project before install including sending photos of likely position of panels. Vicki is a credit to the company and was a pleasure to deal with. Installation went well with only minimal mess left on site.
