Very good service from solar prime . They recommend us solar and battery system no bills since we installed it , many of my friends who installed solar system they are getting the bills but there engineer designed proper system for us , and we are not getting any bills. We love there service and advise. Highly recommended

gone unanswered. Prime Solar has many excellent reviews so selecting to go forward with them was an easy decision however my experience since has been anything but positive. I have reach out to [Name Removed] who promised to revert back within the hour with a date for installation back on the 8th of November. I am still waiting. A request to refund my deposit if a date cannot be provided has also been ignored and multiple calls to [Name Removed] ring out and are not returned. I have now had to raise a chargeback with my Bank to recover the deposit payment made for this system. Thankfully I paid the extra they charged for using a card which has allowed me dispute the transaction and claim a refund through my bank.
I was originally referred to Aman and his team at Solar Prime approx 2022. He originally installed 13.3kw of panels and Sungrow 10kw inverter. 30kwh of Growatt APX HV batteries which has been working exceptionally well. There was a couple of hiccups during installation but Aman and his team didn't try to run away, instead they tackled the issues head on and ensured that I ended up with a working system and I was happy as a customer. I discovered Solar Prime is respected highly and backed by his suppliers. They sent over one of there guys to help and provide parts which were needed, they ensured parts couriered or ubered to my address on the same day to sort the issues as quick as possible. I am glad I went back to Solar Prime for batteries as they ensured that I was happy and ended up with a working system. I've seen many posts on FB where people got sold a system that doesn't work properly and the installer refused to return to rectify the issue. This wasn't the case with Solar Prime and it's not something they would do to their customers.

Yesterday they just finished the installation and after that my house start got leaking.
We are very happy with services we got new ducted aircon, every room can be controlled from phone . They just installed in one week . Now we are getting solar battry from them as well. We are very excited . Use aircon with out heavy bill.

The price he offered was very competitive, and the system was installed within two weeks — super quick! After the install, I even got a few follow-up calls from their after-sales team to make sure everything went smoothly. They also gave me a great tip to switch electricity providers since my current one wasn’t offering a decent feed-in rate.
Overall, couldn’t be happier with the service and support. Top bloke, great team, and excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys if you’re thinking about going solar!

I called SolarPrime general number. I spoke with Aman who said he would call me back . Sumit called back soon after and visited my house and explained me everything in detail. They have given me very competitive rate and installed the system promptly. After the installation he guided me step by step through configuration of my solar app. Very helpful, thanks!
