I accepted the quote and was given an installation date. They turned up on time without prompting. They completed the work an ensured that I was involved when necessary (e.g. asking when they could turn the power off). All staff had been informed of and knew about issues relating to my property (e.g. a rare and valuable tree).

They arranged for an inspector who arrived the following day, and was clearly happy with their work and compliance with safety standards.

Given the complexity / scale of my system, it is no surprise that there were a few minor problems. They were addressed extremely promptly, and within a few days everything is running perfectly.

My only suggestion is that in addition to their own internal processes, maybe a customer focused checklist would be useful : Checklist - Ensure switchboard switches set correctly (On / Off) - Tidy Up (there were a few scraps left around – quickly cleaned up) - Add system to SEMS app on customer’s phone. - Configure System (e.g. TOU). - Demonstrate App to client. - Explain Web interface. - Advise client of support arrangements.

Clearly there was nothing major, and it went as smoothly as I could have hoped. A very happy customer.

Although they wanted me signing indemnity forms to say im okay if solar doesn't work properly which I was happy to although advised them I wanted to sign within 48hrs. after 48 hrs I recieved nothing. I was looking through my emails and saw my old quotes. I called Tim up and told him exactly what I wanted he told me it was overkill for what I needed and advised him that's OK that's what I want. In only 24hrs Tim and jenny organised this and paperwork and everything for a full 13kw system and 42kw battery. I signed the papers and everything moved so fast. Just over a week the installers came, Seymour solar and electrical. The 2 boys the rocked up were amazing, from there fine detail to accuracy in installing and professionalism, I must recommend, I am a field technician and I love meeting others that care about their workmanship and quality like they did, from installation to upgrading my switchboard for me. Keep away from this company run away go elsewhere and pay more for better quality and warranty backup. My panels are faulty shutting my my second inverter down as my first inverter failed in the first month.
