is predator selling. As all the quotes include a Monthly Solar Savings Estimate with positive credits. Which as is either a lie, or lack of knowledge. As zero exports were never explained to the customer.

Although they wanted me signing indemnity forms to say im okay if solar doesn't work properly which I was happy to although advised them I wanted to sign within 48hrs. after 48 hrs I recieved nothing. I was looking through my emails and saw my old quotes. I called Tim up and told him exactly what I wanted he told me it was overkill for what I needed and advised him that's OK that's what I want. In only 24hrs Tim and jenny organised this and paperwork and everything for a full 13kw system and 42kw battery. I signed the papers and everything moved so fast. Just over a week the installers came, Seymour solar and electrical. The 2 boys the rocked up were amazing, from there fine detail to accuracy in installing and professionalism, I must recommend, I am a field technician and I love meeting others that care about their workmanship and quality like they did, from installation to upgrading my switchboard for me. installation crew really worked hard to finishing the job . I have noticed some defects on their workmanship so I brought it out to [Name Removed]’s attention. They come back and I helped to fixed the defects. Also encountered some complications dealing with [Name Removed] regarding the capability of the systems in software and hardware issues. Most solar companies required a 10 percent deposit and I realise it’s hard to back out and return the deposit. It’s been two months waiting to get the product shipment from China. So far I am waiting for Goodwe software upgrade for their inverter to become compatible with the electricity retailer. Otherwise I can’t transfer to another electricity retailer. Because they can’t communicate with Goodwee Hybrid Inverter. to monitor the systems and programme for my financial benefits. The Goodwee aps doesn’t communicate with the Ausgrid smart meter to give details on energy imported from the grid. In my observations Goodwe solar battery systems is lacking of intelligent energy management on their monitoring aps. Just be aware of promises and make sure everything you demand is included in the quotations. The solar system was commissioned on 03.11.2025

harnesses or rails while on your roof, then miss a broken tile so it damages your property, then after chasing it for 2 months they scream at you over the phone and tell you to and i quote “take me to court im not doing anything” then you send them a formal and legal letter of which the owner Anthony Kurta ignores. yeah mate you! i should come down to the office and see you mate. how many phone calls and emails have you ignored ? ive lost count.
terrible quality battery install with ducting falling off the wall, bollards loose and white bathroom silicon used to hide their over cuts in the plaster and cornices.
not to mention they trash your garage and front yard and leave all the rubbish all over the front of your property dont even attempt to sweep up their wire offcuts or clean up any of the packaging.
AVOID! you will regret dealing with these scammers. they take your money and solarRUN away.
Follow-up · absolutely no contact from anyone in this company, their dodgy work directly caused damage to our property and the responses were “take us to court” while screaming at us over the phone. all attempts to contact the managing director and head office have been met with silence. they dont even respond to formal letters. you have been warned use this company at your own risk.

time, I was told that someone in Melbourne would contact me, but I still haven’t heard back. This is a relatively small issue, so I don’t understand why it has taken so long to resolve. I am still waiting for a response and am almost out of patience.
Hoxton Park supplier has dreadful after installation service. Our App to monitor the battery often doesn’t work. fixed. There is a fault of some kind with the Battery or system which they are completely denying and will not respond to calls or text messages. I contacted the sales person who said they would escalate the problem which never eventuated. Noticed there was a problem about 2 months after panels and batteries were installed in late November 2025. I no longer have any trust in this company. I might have been the unfortunate person to get a dude system from them, but their lack of any customer service to fix or replace is most disappointing
