From initial consultation, receipt of quotation, scheduling the installation to finally keeping on top on what was happening on installation date, Tanvir was always hands on and proactive in all stages of the solar battery acquisition. It was so easy to deal with him and was very clear in all his communication with me. Thus, when final full payment was sought, I requested my daughter to immediately faciliate the payment since Tanvir has done his part over and above what was expected.

The product purchased was a Fox ESS 10kWh inverter for single phase electrical system and a Fox ESS 41.93Kw CQ6 solar battery. These products are simply amazing in performance considering that these are supposed to be on the lower end of the market in terms of cost.

Solar World installed Solar Panels and batteries at my home on Nov'25, 2 weeks ago (17th Jan 2026) we had a Harve raining, my roof started leaking and wet the ceiling, I email Solar World, and they replied email last Friday 23th Jan 2026 and said will come this week to check it, but they not come and not reply my email, very bed customer service after sales
